A Maureen McCarthy Salon

No doubt Maureen does a good job. She is very pricey which you get what you pay for. Did have an issue… i went in for a perm which is $ 90 for wash, perm, blowdry.
I also got a haircut with it that is $ 60 for a wash, cut and dry. I asked Maureen about it a couple of times. Since i had both done I was sure that there was a mistake made in price. Thought maybe a lesser price for the cut since the wash and dry was paid for in the perm price… nope. Not happy and a reason why I will not go back. I shouldn’t have to pay twice for the same service

I use to get as anxious about a hair appointment as I did about a dentist appointment, until I switched to A Maureen McCarthy Salon. A friend that I worked with recommended her, and since her hair always looked perfect, I decided to try Maureen. Well, I’ve been going there several years now, and I’ve never been disappointed. If you google Maureen McCarthy, you’ll see her impressive credentials and experience, and it is evident when you sit in her chair! The reason I’m writing this review is because of the exceptional customer service I receive from Maureen and her staff. At my last appointment, I explained to Maureen the trouble I was having with styling my hair because of the dry weather, so Maureen did her magic, and then she text me to see if I found my new hair cut easier to manage when styling! It’s no wonder everyone’s hair looks perfect when they leave the salon, thanks to Maureen, Heather and the team. They really do amazing work, and they aim to please. I look forward to my next appointment!

Maureen and her staff are very good at what they do!!! They listen to what you want and deliver what you ask for and then some!!! I’m going to suggest this salon to everyone!!! Color, cut, extensions, etc.
