I was not my choice to go and I wasn’t very excited. It was awesome. Burger was fantastic. Fries were far better then my expectations. I’ll be back.

Rustic meets shabby chic with a side of kitschy awesomeness! This place just went through a huge makeover, and man did they do it right. Tucked away from the main road it’s easy to miss, but make it a priority to check this place out. Great selection of craft beer, GIANT delicious burgers(fries are on point), and a short but well crafted(and well named) cocktail list. With the major facelift boundary went through they went from your typical towny bar to a trendy, fresh, and fun hangout. The staff is super friendly, the service is quick, and the food is great. You have got to check this place out! Dimly lit with trendy décor and tons of conversation pieces, this place is totally date friendly. Regarding the sweet bar top not being«kid-friendly» your child probably shouldn’t be sitting at a bar. Great job on the update! There’s sure to be a bunch of fresh new faces coming around!

Excellent veggie burger and hand cut fries! I am not vegetarian, but enjoy veggie burgers at restaurants, especially when the restaurant makes them from scratch. This one was sweet Potato and black bean. So much flavor! The fries are cut, boiled and fried in house as well per the waitress. They were crispy and fresh. Nothing was too greasy either. The place was dead on the Thursday night, only three parties there total between 7−8pm??? It must be busier on weekends.

No amount of remodeling is going to fix lousy service because of poor staffing & a lousy menu. We love the Sunday jam, but because it’s during dinner hour hard to justify because of lousy menu.

By far the best burger in town! good young-ish night life, but at any age i think you would have a great time… Another bonus, not having to drive all the way to Providence or boston to have a great night. definitely worth a shot!

So this place used to be one of my local favorites however they recently went through some renovations. We had a managers coupon for 5 $ off and decided to go in for some dinner. What we did not expect was for there to be a huge hole in the wall to the performance area, a menu consisting of 8 items and pinups of nude women and trashy playboy funny comics plastered all over the bar. This place isn’t safe to take a date, it’s not safe for kids and it doesn’t even have the food we loved anymore. Way to remove every reason this was the only bar I would ever visit. I didn’t even bother to eat before leaving and going to Friendly’s instead.

Really nice craft beer selection and delicious burgers. Cool relaxed atmosphere and interesting décor. Very knowledgable staff, the manager Bob was a pleasure to chat with at the bar. Nice stop right off I-95, certainly be back for more.

I would give this a 2.5 out of 5 if I could. The burgers were decent all around as were the fries, although I would toast the buns as the bottom bums were soggy with juice when they arrived. My real issue is the beer… we know our beer… several of the taps were flat as shit… you could tell the kegs had not been changed recently and the beer had been around for too long. The pours were also inconsistent as were the glass shapes for refills of the same beer, that bugs me… and if you have«Brewhouse» in your name, you should have the beer stuff worked out 100%. Feels like a lot of locals come and just bang back coors light and hang out… kinda odd vibe but not unwelcoming at all. Might give it another shot.

Food is ehhh! Wings were lacking flavor. Fries are decent. Mac and cheese has no flavor what so ever. Cornbread was okay. Mash potatoes were okay. The place is pretty big, they even offer a banquet for special occasions.

The scene here is nice. and that’s about it. It’s a big dive bar which is totally fine but not when they are overpriced and the food sucks. I got a groupon for 25 $ of food for 12. We got wings which were ok but really just chicken tenders in sauce. They my boyfriend got a quesadilla which made him gag. I got ribs and they were all fatty. I got Mac and cheese for a side and it was cold, had no flavor. Think before going

I have been here several times and overall it is good. The service tends to be really slow and the place is quite small as they don’t use the back area for seating but the hostess are always willing to help you or guide you to where someone may be getting up and you can take their place. They have a lot of draft craft beer on tap and numerous bottled beers, many of these are craft beer. The food is hit or miss, I have had some great dishes and some that are just ok. Most recently we got the cheese fries which came in a block that you could cut, very creative! They were good just needed some salt. We split the pulled pork, beef tips, corn bread, mac and cheese, and baked beans. The cornbread was unbelievably good! The rest was just ok, so it is hit or miss but the food is decent, the beer selection is great and it is overall a fun place to check out for a drink and an app!

I figured I would give this another go after my review last year as it looks like they changed their menu again. Definitely an improvement. Service first off was much better. The waitress was attentive, friendly and even offered some beer suggestions and let me try a few to figure out what I wanted. I got the brewhouse burger and it was GOOD. Certainly not the best but definitely much better than the last time I went. The ingredients were fresh, but it just lacks that«WOW!» factor that you can get elsewhere. I definitely enjoyed it though. One thing I will say is that I doubt there is a chef/owner out there who cares as much about his food as Chef Jarrod here. It seems I wasn’t the only one who got bombarded with messages after writing a review. At first, he was very defensive, but now it seems that he only wants to take the comments and use them to make his product better — which he has. Overall it seems that with the new burger bar down the street and other restaurants popping up they definitely stepped up their game.

Had the pretzel appetizer it was pretty good! They had some pretty slow Christmas music on though and that honestly was putting me to sleep! Great Beer selection and the rest of the menu looks great i would be excited to try their burgers! Looks like they have for hole some nights and apparently live must on Saturdays ! I would come back… The décor was a little on the dates side and a little dark.

Stopped in on a Saturday night about 7ish, had a hard time finding parking but we made it! Came in because I had a groupon. Kinda confusing trying to get into the building-looks like there are two restaurants in the same building? Anyways there’s a smaller bar/eating area and a larger area with a stage and corn hole. They had pool in the bar area. Had some decent beer selections, would have liked a bit more variety in the RI beer selection but overall I was impressed considering the size of the place. Ordered the quesadilla, was amazing! Sauce was to die for. And the burger with pineapple on it, absolutely amazing! I can’t go on enough about the food we had. Service was a bit slow, took a while to get new beers. But the servers were great, funny, engaging, apologetic, etc. I believe the owners or managers came out to say hi and have a convo with everyone at the bar personally – something I truly enjoyed. Had we been able to get our beers faster this would be a 5 star rating. If your in the area try it!!!

Been driving by this location for a while saying to my husband we need to check it out. We finally did one Saturday a little before 9:30 and we were told the kitchen was closed. We were bummed and left as we were famished. Well since we had a groupon we returned the following Saturday(a bit earlier) and we were glad we did. We were greeted with smiling faces and seated quickly. Took us a while to decide what we wanted to drink since they have an extensive beer menu. I don’t know too much about beer but my husband was quite impressed. I decided to try a chocolate stout which was delicious! For dinner my husband ordered from the build-a– burger menu and he was happy with his decision. I ordered some apps. I ordered the chicken wings with Chipotle lime ranch sauce(I believe that’s what it was called) I was a little suprised the sauce was served on the side and not on the wings but I was ok with that since that kept the wings nice and crispy. The sauce was awesome. I also ordered the southwestern egg rolls, which were tasty. They also had a great sauce on top. Not sure what happened the first night but I recieved a message that the kitchen is open til 10. I will definitely be back again. Do yourself a favor and give them a try.

I’d never been here before because I always thought it was a country bar. My landlady and her daughter asked me if I wanted to join them for a beer and a burger not knowing where they were headed. We went in and it was pretty dead but the staff was very nice and the owner came over to talk to us and tell us about the place. It was a Monday night and besides several TV’s and a big screen setup to watch the game, they had a full size Corn Hole tourney going on that anyone could participate in for just $ 6/person. They do have a decent sized menu with many different burgers and a make your own burger menu also. I went ahead and a burger(comes with fries) and it was good, but not best I’ve ever had. I would definitely go back to try a different burger next time. They had a wide variety of beers and mine was dark and cold, just the way I like mine.

I had eaten here previously and was not impressed. The food was ok. Service super slow. Place kind of dingy. Now it’s been remodeled renamed and under new management. That all was a great change The outside is unassuming and you’d be quick to drive by it. Do yourself a favor and do not drive by ! Go in ! The inside is definetly cool. This is where beer lovers would like to eat. The Tables are wood pallets enclased in glass. The condiments are in mini pallets. The décor is beer and drink related and is fun to look at. Most Of the room we sat in was taken up by a huge beautiful bar. We were greeted and told to sit anywhere we wanted. Our server came over right away with some fresh popped popcorn which she refilled as soon as we finished the first one. We are all beer lovers and we’re pleased by the choices on the menu. The racks of beer came In adorable round glasses and were reasonably priced. We all had burgers and enjoyed them. Mine had blue cheese bacon and sautéed onions. Juicy and delicious. Fries on the side were seasoned well also. There is almost always a groupon available so if you have not been yet get it and Go. I’m glad I did.

We visited with a groupon it was a 12 for 25 deal. It definitely a bar first restraunt second with a few tables and a large bar. Although another attached room was there with more seating and a large stage. Went for lunch on a Saturday. The menu is mostly burgers and typical bar fare. For my meal I got the fossy Blues burger it was a very good burger cooked Nicely. lots of blue girlfriends burger had linguica a fried egg and a nice onion jam. Was an awesome burger. Overall a nice place to hangout and grab a quick bite and a few beers. Awesome beer selection on tap and in bottles. Seems like it would be fun place on a Friday or Saturday night.

I came here for dinner with a friend with a Groupon a few weekends ago for some burgers and beer. Immediately when we pulled into the parking lot, we had trouble telling if the place was open or closed, and where the entrance was. We parked in the empty lot, walked around the building and finally found the entrance. We entered and did not see a hostess, and were told by the bar staff to have a seat anywhere. The place was dead, except for a few people sitting at the bar. This was maybe 6:30 on a Friday night. Our waitress came by to take our orders and she was very sweet, but seemed nervous and frazzled. The menus are pasted to the first page of old library books, which is a cool piece of charm. The restaurant itself is laid out very strangely, with only high top tables made of old wooden pallets covered in Plexiglas and the bar. The food came out very quick. I had a bacon cheeseburger which had a tasty bun and juicy flavor, but the bacon left much to be desired. The fries were really good, however, with great salt & pepper seasoning. Overall, the vibe really put a damper on the place. I know the owners have recently renovated the place to give it a theme and venue upgrade, but it’s just not a place I could see myself hanging out. Seemed pretty deserted and out of the way, with average food which I enjoyed, but would not go out of my way for.
