This is a Dunkin Donuts. Pretty much so long as I get my coffee how i ordered it on the first or second try, I’m not going to complain. Mostly go here due to the proximity of it to my house and that I can get a decent walk in by going to and from. The drive thru is typically a disaster hence the walking.

Convenient off on locations but most of staff (with exceptional of maybe 2 girls and guy manager) is rude. I went in twice this week and had issues. There’s a new older woman cashing out and taking orders. She’s awful. Took 15 minutes to place simple order because she couldn’t figure out register. The manager had to help. Today I ordered an everything bagel, veggie cream cheese on it. She put in as plain cream cheese so I had to go back. She ignored me, no apology. Another employee grabbed a veggie cream cheese for me as I didn’t have time to wait for another to be made. I’m done going here. It shouldn’t be that difficult.

I have been coming here for years and lately some of the afternoon staff is awful they are rude I asked for more ice in my ice coffee the girl at the window took the coffee shook it and said you have enough ice in this coffee I was in shock she then contained to argue with me until the supervisor came over and asked her to stop and apologized to me

Penalty two stars because their bakers don’t know how to make French Crullers.
Bad, bad, bad.
The kids working the drivethru window are on a sort of ‘shot clock’ which monitors the time it takes them to fill an order. Soon Dunkin Donuts mgmt will have electrical shocks if they go into overtime. Corporate asswipes!!!
