I wanted to bank with a small bank, a credit union because they’re not like big banks with all the fees. So I selected this bank. Coming from experience I can tell you, this bank operates just as a big bank. You have to pay for a statement, money order, really anything. They line up and hold withdrawals so they can hit you with the maximum amount of overdraft fees possible. It feels like some of their Customer Service staff takes pleasure in giving the news of you getting screwed. All this and you have to drive completely out of your way to get to a bank, as there are not many of them. This bank is not the type of change you want.
