Imondi, C. & Son Florists & Ghses.

I had the absolute worst experience with this florist. I ordered a bouquet of hot pink and orange roses for Valentines day for a total of $ 125, 18 stems total. Now, this is a lot of money for some flowers, what my girlfriend received was at best a $ 20 arrangement. They were bright pink, orange and green flowers, not all roses, only 10 roses with big bright green flowers mixed in. My girlfriend hates green, never mind that I paid for all roses, the combination of colors was disgusting.
The company then agreed to re-​send the order on the tuesday after Valentines to try to get it right the second time. Instead my girlfriend got a call from the florist saying that they would not be able to deliver them. Firstly, my girlfriend shouldn’t have gotten the call, I should’ve, I was the one who ordered them, why would they call her to say they are not being re-​delivered, she didn’t even know I was re-​sending them! When I called the florist to complain they gave me excuses and just said that what they sent was fine because in the fine print they said they can substitute whatever they want! Instead of getting compassion and a sorry, I got excuses and attitude.
I then ordered the same bouquet from Ice House flowers in Coventry, RI and they were beautiful, just as they were supposed to be. I would NEVER order from Imondi & Sons ever again. If you want your order to be screwed up then go ahead and order from Imondi & Sons, they will be quick with excuses after the fact if you need them.
