Out of this world customer service from every single staff member from the receptionist to the physician! I had my first appointment today and I waited no longer than 10 minutes to be seen. The medical assistant asked me if it was my first visit and welcomed me as a new patient. The optometrist, Ben, was very personable and seemed to really enjoy his job. The optician, Lisette was also amazing! She was so upbeat and personable. I was in a rush and she helped me to quickly find a pair of glasses that looked great on me. I could have been there all day, but she was able to quickly select frames that were well suited for my completion and face shape. Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced not only in healthcare, but just about anywhere! Thanks guys!

I won’t be going back. I saw Dr. Benjamin and he was great, he’s the only pleasant part of my visit. My appointment was at 8:40 and I didn’t go in until 9:00. The assistant did some exams and then I waited about 15 more minutes when I actually saw the Doctor, he was so friendly. Anyway I needed glasses and the girl I had to see about the glasses was not friendly she made me feel like she was aggravated with me and couldn’t wait to be done with me. The wait time is horrible I was literally there for 2 hours. The only pleasant experience was with the Doctor and that’s it, I won’t be going back

This has been my optometrist since I was about 8 and I have never changed up and never will. The cleanliness and professionalism of this place is amazing. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The assistants are upbeat and the Dr’s are the nicest! I definitely recommend this place to everyone I know.

Had my first appointment here and was very pleased. The receptionist, techs, and doctor were all very nice and made you feel comfortable. The doctor answered all of the questions I had and I didn’t feel rushed at all. The only downfall was when the doctor took me out into the front to work with one of the girls on picking out new frames. She was very uninterested in giving me advice on what looked good on my face and seemed to be off in her own world. When I told her I needed to come back with someone to give me advice her response was«yea I don’t really know you so I don’t know». Needless to say I will just get glasses elsewhere but I will continue to come here for exams, because I was extremely pleased with the rest of the staff.

In terms of Dr. Ben, the previous reviews are accurate — he’s very knowledgeable, articulate, and clearly knows his stuff in terms of eye care. However — he evidently coded my visit as a «medical» visit, rather than the eye exam THAT I CAMEINFORANDREQUESTED, resulting in both Blue Cross and my Vision insurance turning their backs and leaving me with an additional balance of nearly $ 300, on top of the overpriced eyeglasses that were nearly $ 600. Numerous phone calls to the office to speak to their office manager were pointless, as she was always«busy», and never once returned my calls after asserting she’d «do everything she could to straighten the problem out», during the one and only time she actually accepted a phone call. In short — a shame really, because I enjoyed talking with the doctor during his examination, but if they’re going to cheat me out of my vision benefit and stick me with this additional bill because of «how he coded the visit»(the office manager’s words, not mine), you can bet I won’t ever return… as the wise man once said, «Screw me once, shame on you. Screw me twice, shame on me.»

First time patient for a contact lens exam. Very nice staff and office. They have lots of new equipment and an eye camera which I’ve never seen in the 23 years I’ve been getting eye exams. The assistant and doctor were friendly, thorough, professional, answered my questions and took time to explain things. A very good experience. The only thing that took off a star is that the contact fitting fee was $ 125. It wasn’t completely unexpected but it seems a bit much. Insurance covered most of the cost of contacts for a year and exam but my out of pocket was more expensive than my last optometrist.

Dr. Ben Klibanoff is great, he is always willing to listen and is compassionate and sympathetic of the patient needs. Not only is he a great Dr. but a great person, my husband needed immediate eye care, and it was after hours.Dr. Ben immediately offered to come see him that night! I am always impressed by the office’s cleanliness and professionalism, I would highly recommended them!

Excellent on any and all categories possible! The staff would do backflips to assist you and they do it with a smile. The intern was super nice and Dr. K. was patient and had a great sense of humor. I never felt rushed while learning about my contacts(and putting them in or taking them out.) The facility is swanky and clean. Easy and ample parking. Easy to find. Bottom line — a terrific experience. «seeing is cool»
