Great Service — T was amazing! I’m a first time gardner, and she was so helpful and patient. She took her time to help explain items that would be a help, but not over sell me, and what to look out for. On top of that, she was very kind in her demeanor. I’m surprised by the comment below, and it must be from a competitor trying to hurt the reputation of this store.

I wish I could give a quarter of a star. The customer service is beyond horrible. The woman is not helpful!!! At all… Not knowledgable on anything with gardening. Waste of time. Just a heads up.

Over priced items and horrible customer service! The woman who works at this store is usually half asleep and very lazy. Don’t ask for anything that requires her to travel to the back of the store because she will put you on a guilt trip. The owner condones her behavior also, so don’t try reasoning with him!
