The taxi was supposed to be here an hour ago. I’ve called 3 times and it’s always «they’re just a couple minutes behind» if they were honest about how long it would take in the first place I wouldn’t be so aggravated. Just tell people how long it’s going to take so they can plan accordingly. I would’ve taken a nap instead of staring out the hospital waiting room window freezing for the last hour

I called to ask if they could drive from Pawtucket.
(on the border of providence. on north main) to providence. thayer st. its less than 10 minutes away. Simple question. he told me «No» really rudely and then hung up on me.

they either do not show up, or show up 20 minutes late, without calling to warn or apologize to you. just go with über, über’s in rhode island now. it’s cheaper, the cars are clean, they’re friendlier, and they actually always show up unlike this «company»

Attleboro, MA
Called last night and asked to reserve a cab for 1145 am, noting that we needed to make it in time to the train station for a specific departure. They took our reservation. The next morning they called at 1030 am to confirm that they were still coming. At 1155 they were still not here, we called and found out they would be at least another ten minutes! Absolutely unacceptable.
