After finding out about this establishment, I couldn’t wait to check it out, but what I found was quite in contrast to my expectations. As a result, this review is based on this place as a board game store, as opposed to a locale for community table top gaming.
The board games sold here are certainly top-​tier board games, and you won’t find Monopoly, Sorry, or Apples to Apples here. However, the prices are really not comparable to online stores like Amazon and I felt there was an absence of incentives to buy the games here. They do offer a few board games that you can rent out for the day at really reasonable prices and I think it would make for a great in-​door game night, but I think they should have more comfy chairs as opposed to the hard plastic chairs.

I was looking for a place to purchase some board games, when I stumbled upon Untapped Games. They have a good selection and the staff is always super nice and helpful. They also have board game nights where you can test certain games before purchasing! How awesome! Highly recommend this place!

Friendly, knowledgeable sales staff with a clean, comfortable atmosphere, plenty of seating, excellent selection, and very reasonable prices on both board games and Magic cards!

A solid shop to purchase Pokemon cards from, although their prices for standard and expanded singles can be a bit high. Shipping is fast, and they respond quickly to emails. Definitely an asset to the Pokemon TCG community, even though they specialize in Magic.

Great place to buy Magic cards and play drafts on Thursday night. Had a nice chill night of Thursday draft last week for $ 7, would definitely go again. Plenty of parking and easy to get too.

I primarily am a MTG player and I was looking for a store with reasonable prices, especially on sealed product. I’m am excited to say that I’ve found exactly what I was looking for! Staff is friendly and their prices on booster boxes of MTG are the best I could find — and I’ve visited over a dozen shops between Providence and Boston. They also participate in the Five Stars rewards program, reducing their rock-​bottom prices even further. I cannot recommend this place enough. I’ve done all the work to find a great Magic shop — now you can save time and reap the benefits!

Untapped is a gaming store that seems to specialize in trading card games like Magic, Pokemon, etc.
Since «gaming» is a broad category, I should clarify that they don’t sell video games, didn’t seem to have anything in the way of role-​playing games and weren’t big on European style boardgames.
They’re located on the second floor of «The Mills» — a mill building in the middle of the fork in the road where North Main Street splits into Main St and Pawtucket Ave right over the Providence/​Pawtucket line.
I was there for a King of Tokyo tournament organized by an outside party. Funnily enough, the store doesn’t seem to sell King of Tokyo, but they did have a good amount of tables to play and were kind enough to donate the space on their day off. So points for that.
