Beware of employee Patrick N!!! Received the absolute worst customer service ever from this company today! I called to find out the status of my order, and was told that it was delivered. News to me because I had been waiting for days, thinking there was some delay because of the Holidays. I Informed the customer service rep that I never received it and was told to call UPS, no problem. I called UPS and informed them that I never received my package. The UPS rep told me that the driver left the package at the front door,(Something I don’t understand because UPS has been made aware that packages have gone missing when left at the door, and not near the mailboxes where USPS and Fedex leaves them.) Anyway, UPS opened a claim and told me that I needed to call Paper Works, for what reason I wasn’t quite sure. Called Paper Works again, explained everything that had happened up to this point with Patrick, who rudely cut me off mid update to exclaim that he didn’t have anything to do with me not receiving my order. I REPEATEDLY told him that I wasn’t blaming him for anything, I explained what I had discussed with UPS, and he cut me off again to point out that, basically his company had done their job and if I had a problem call UPS. At this point I was really starting to get upset, it was like he just did not want to listen! I kept trying to tell him that I was calling because UPS told me that I should do so. He kept being rude and defensive, and kept telling me that if I had a problem I needed to take that up with UPS, because he couldn’t do anything. He told me that I could reorder the paper, and have it sent somewhere secure. SMH he wasn’t helpful, even though I wasn’t even calling for a solution, just clarification! I never once blamed him, or the company. The whole reason I placed the phone call was because UPS told me to call the company. I thought maybe they would give me some type of person of contact who would be giving me updates on the status of the case or something. After getting nowhere with Patrick and after being cut off and screamed at, I asked to speak to someone else. He told me that he was the only person there(I later found out that this wasn’t true.) He continued to yell, and he continued to be dismissive and rude. After about 15 minutes of getting absolutely nowhere with the conversation(now a full blown argument) he transferred me to someone else. I wish I could remember this second person, he was totally professional, and listened to what I was trying to say. He didn’t cut me off and talk over me. Patrick should not answer phone calls. He should not assist any walk-in customers. He should not email anyone. He should work in the back room somewhere where he never has to interact with people because man, I have never in my life experienced what I experienced today. After UPS settles this claim and I can finally receive my order I don’t want to deal with Paper Works again, for fear that Patrick may answer the phone.

This place is adorable. If you’re a bit of a paper nerd, like myself, you will loooooove Paperworks. Every type of paper you could imagine, they have here and they have it in gorgeous colors, stock and textures. The store is really beautifully set up, too — it’s an inviting space that’s easy to walk through. Everything is well-displayed and organized, and while they do not do any printing themselves, they’re really helpful when it comes to selecting the correct paper for the job. Getting 300 posters made? They’ve got the ideal paper for that. Want some pretty stationery? They’ll suggest the perfect paper for you. Business cards. That, too. They also sell printer paper, notepaper and construction paper. I told you that have everything. Basically, if you need paper, you need to go to Paperworks.
