Excellent service and awesome food! Chili Relleno was the best I’ve found in Utah. Will definitely go back often.

Some friends recommended this place and we are sure glad they did! It has become one of our favorites. Pros: –Service is phenomenal. they truly treat you like family. –Food is wonderful… our favorites are definitely the cheese crisp w/guac, carne asada tacos, and the pineapple fajitas. –Portions are generous and have plenty to take home for snacking the next day. Con: –Everyone is finding out about our favorite spot. Friday and Saturday night can get a bit crowded if you don’t get there early! –Wish they played some authentic Mexican music while you ate!

We had seen pictures on Facebook that looked amazing so we gave it a try. The food was satisfactory but nothing phenomenal. I figure you can tell if a place is good by the basics. So we ordered basic Mexican food, chimichanga, burrito, and a taco. Very skimpy on the meat in the burrito and overly drenched with enchilada sauce. I could only taste sauce! There was a mixup in the order and I was given an cheese enchilada instead of a burrito. It was remedied but the waitress had to go back to the cook a couple times before it was fixed, one of the times telling me it was a mini burrito! I know what the difference is between a enchilada and a burrito! All in all, the establishment was very clean and inviting. The area is very dark with few business’ open after dark making it somewhat of an eerie location. The food was okay, but will probably not return.

I called this place after calling several restaurants in Payson to find out the time they were closing knowing that my arrival in Payson was going to be late. The man that answered the phone said that if I was on my way that he’d stay open for me. They treated me like family AND the food was amazing!

Passing through town, and came upon this gem. Family-owned place with an excellent menu and great atmosphere. The food far exceeded my expectations– with a real delicacy in the preparation, which was clearly(visibly) prepared fresh and not at all greasy. The menu was able to accommodate unusually diverse demands of our group(a couple of vegetarians, a few terrified of spice but who appreciate flavor, one from Mexico City). They seated us last on a Saturday and made us feel welcome despite the fact that we were the last people in the restaurant. Will definitely visit again the next time I am in Utah.

Pleasantly impressed, we love trying smaller Mexican Food places and wanted to try someplace local. Right down town, clean, service was great and the food had some great flavor. I had the Chile Verde plate and my wife had a beef chimi. We will be coming back.
