LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place! Excellent sushi! Everything else I have tried on the menu is delicious as well. Who knew one could find such a great place in such a small town? This restaurant is quickly accessed from the freeway. It is worth the drive if you are considering it!

We have been going to Fuji House since they opened. Best sushi in Utah. The food is actually all delicious. And Amy is the best. She is amazing at remembering people. I am pretty sure she knew me and all my family members names by the second time we went. Not only do they have amazing sushi, but every time we go we are received like old friends or family.

Hard to believe that sushi this good can be found in a little ‘ol Payson, Utah! We have not been disappointed and their selection for non sushi lovers is great too!

This place is amazing my partner and I have been coming here for almost a year and the owner, Amy is awesome. The rolls are a bit expensive and small but so good! They don’t do all you can eat but give you a free(funky) roll if you spend more than $ 30. I’ve never found a good restaurant in Payson and I’m so glad to live so close to a good sushi restaurant!

It took us a while to decide if this was the worst sushi we’ve ever had. We decided it wasn’t, that the worse we’ve had was in Grand Forks, North Dakota. This sushi is close to the worst. The sushi in the refrigerators at Macy’s is better. Really just barely edible, plus super expensive, and small(as Woody Allen says, «horrible food, and in such small portions.») Gyoza was also horrible. Just terrible. On the plus side, they did refund us for the gyoza(we didn’t try to get a refund for the sushi). Do yourself a favor, drive 20 minutes north to Provo for Kyoto(much cheaper, much larger rolls, and delicious).

The sushi was good, especially for Utah. That’s as far as I will go. We were very disappointed with the gyoza and although we only ate part of one each we tasted it all night. Worst I have ever had, I would actually suggest that they go by Ajinomoto frozen gyoza and prepare them instead. I will try the curry for lunch just to set my final opinion of this place.

Fuji house has delicious sushi… shocking for being in Payson, UT! We have tried many rolls and entrees and have enjoyed them all. The service though, has always been terrible. There is usually 1 server to wait on the whole place… which is a bummer. We do enjoy the food though!

Great sushi, reasonable prices. It’s just great. Wonderful consumer service and great daily specials. Definitely my favorite sushi place in Utah.

It’s Payson. It’s also an era and a locale where some kind of ‘fusion’ means that sushi rolls should have a lot of mayo on them. But you don’t have to order those. The rice is correct. Maybe not ultra-high-end sushi rice but it’s at least sushi rice which is more than you can say for 90% of utah sushi bars. I wish there had been more eel in my unagi roll and more tuna in my tuna roll. But at least it was good fish. Also they should be more generous with the eel sauce. The miso was an inoffensive but unambitious white miso. Needed more dashi. And more wakame. Our waiter was a touch forgetful. But eh. It’s Payson. You could do a lot worse. It was good food. And you«may receive on funky roll» if you spend $ 30 on one ticket. The funky roll is not on the menu, and we were afraid to ask. We did not receive on funky roll.

Some of the best sushi around! We live an hour and a half away, and we always make it a point to stop in when we’re down there. The Ninja roll is our favorite, great if you love spicy rolls.

Have eaten here twice now. The rolls are wonderful. I found this place by see hing for sushi in utah county. I live in Nephi and really wanted somewhere closer to enjoy. I found it. I haven’t ate anything bad there yet. I love the utah roll and the ninja. Try really hit the spot. I’m just working myself threw the menu. As I was waiting for my take out order tonight another party came in and said there is nothing bad here ladies you are going to love. And I did.

Great sushi! This is me and my daughter’s favorite local sushi place for our daddy/daughter date night. You wouldn’t think it being in Payson, but it really is good!
