We had Boston Furniture Design reupholster a club chair circa 1930 that had already been reupholstered in the 50’s. They expertly make modifications to the arms essentially turning a ‘grandma’ chair into a chair fit for a man cave. They even darkened the stain on the legs to complete the look.
They communicated throughout the process, had a very reasonable turn-​around time, and certainly offered fair pricing. It came out so great, my husband and I now want to find other vintage pieces to have them bring the life back into!
We were able to see other projects they were working on when we picked up the chair. They have a lot of custom pieces. Had we known that, we never would have made our recent purchase of a new sofa… We would have had them make one for us to the ‘exact’ dimension instead of how we made compromises with the sofa we purchased.
