The last time we entered this Burlington Coat Factory we didn’t mind the shopping experience, but after our most recent shopping trip here we were dissapointed. Here are the reasons; 1. The store is huge but seemingly empty. It looks well organized, but as you come to realize, it’s because the selection is limited. 2. The bathrooms here are disgusting. 3. The overhead lights are so incredibly bright that I had a headache within five minutes of being in the store. 4. The cashier I had was polite, but made it a point to complain about the other customers ahead of me who were on the phone. In the end, I will take a messy and crowded Burlington over a stale and empty store any day. At least at the other stores I know that I will be able to find what I am looking for.

I had some time to kill in this neighborhood, so went in to check out this location. The store is extremely large, everything was in order. It’s really too bad that they can’t put the same care they use in the store inside their restroom! It was disgusting, to say the least! There was also a very unpleasant odor through out the store. I usually go to the clearance section of these shops looking for items that are no longer available in other stores. That was also disappointing. Fifteen minutes later I was out with only one tiny item!

Very well organized and clean. Employees were pretty slow in the store and at the register. It was like they were uniformly moving in slow motion– very bizarre. The parking lot was huge. The selection and variety in the store was impressive. It’s like if TJ Maxx could be organized… it might be this excellent. I went in looking for white t-shirts, of all things. I ended up purchasing a variety of items that were on my list to buy from Target because they were 1⁄3 the price I was expecting to pay. I was shocked at the deal.

WORST customer service EVER!!! The prices may be good but the employees are rude and have no people skills. I vowed years back to never shop there again and after searching everywhere for a Christening outfit without any luck, I desperately walked through the dreaded doors thinking…“it cant still be THAT bad”…well, it was and I will never walk through the doors again. Rude and ignorant employees!

I went to return a coat I bought 2 months ago Sharleen the store manager tells me over phone she has to look at my coat mind you its winter and my only winter coat I was hopping to get at least 3 years out of the coat… Sharleen tells me I cant wash leather… I wash leather all the time. Out of the goodness of my heart I offer to donate the coat she tells me she cant take it because when you store a jacket for the summer to put a pillow case over it. Its was a 25 $ jacket Sharleen should have told me she was going to waste my time and not put into consideration that there are piles and piles of snow and that I worked hard to buy a coat that would not get destroyed in the machine after one wash… customer relations grade for Burlington coat AAAAAWwwful just awful

bargains yes!!! but customer service or just being pleasant, absolutely NOT!!! Esp when Donna is checking you out!!! The check out are is a disaster!!! They have a separate«roped» off area for returns and«check outs» and god forbid you go to the wrong spot!!! You don’t want the wrath of Donna! Someone give her a happy pill and some updated lessons in customer service!!! And PLEASE change that disaster of a check out area!!! What happened to the days of first come first serve and manners from the staff? The bargains are great, but at what cost? You can keep your bargains because i do not want to pay to be insulted!!!

I just love this place! You can find the best deals and they have tons of kids clothing and little suits for boys at such a fantastic price. I also come her for bedding, home décor and any sort of baby gear I need! Its like a one stop shopping trip! Their return policy is much better now, it used to be only store credit, but now its the 30 days w/receipt rule like most other stores :)
