My first time at this Nordstrom Restaurant. Like many Nordstrom eateries you order and pay prior to being seated. Because it was mid afternoon I had my choice seating. I ordered the bowl tomato Florentine which came in a large deep bowl for 5 dollars with a small slice of garlic bread. The soup was hot, tasty and had a slight cheese flavor to it. The toasted bread was tasted fine but not served hot. The coffee was freshly made. The server was friendly even though I did not order an expensive meal. Like many Nordstrom restaurant this Bistro was a great stop for a reliable quality meal at a good price. Only draw back like most of their restaurants the bathrooms further in the store.

I had a cappuccino here today. The espresso was well extracted and the foam was just right. The problem with American cafes is they add liquid milk to cappuccinos when it should just be foam. Recommended café.

The food was actually pretty good, even if it was a bit on the pricey side. You have to order first before you even sit down. It’s whatever, I would not go out of my way to go here and just stick to the cheesecake factory because its equally priced and the the staff are WAY nicer over there. I would have rated it better if the hostess and waitress we had were nicer. They both seemed annoyed having to even be there and when we asked a waitress nearby for an update for our dessert,(which took almost 15 mins) our original waitress came up to us and asked what we needed in an irritating way. I think her name was Jess. The hostess yelled at us what we wanted to drink as we were already seated yet we my mom was already there next to her telling her what we wanted. I had the rib eye french dip sandwich, roasted salmon with risotto, and lemon chicken. The dessert we had was the bread pudding which is the only thing that keeps my mom coming back. TL;DR: Just order to go for quality food so you don’t have to deal with the rude waitress and hostess. Bad service.

This was my second time here. I’m not really about writing 2 reviews for restaurants ts, but both times my expectations were well exceeded. Price point is fair for the quality. Spinach dip was amazing and the chicken pasta with marinara and garlic dream sauce is craveable. That being said next time I’ll ask just for the cream sauce it was too good!

This place place it a family favorite when we come to the mall and it’s way healthier than a lot of the other places(also less crowded)! Definitely go check it out!

My wife and I are here a while ago when it first opened to see what it was like. The place is very nicely done inside clean and beautiful. The food comes out in a good time. Let me tell you since that first day we have been hooked. I have never had a bad meal here. The best part it’s never crowded so we always get in and the food is great. I would put this place against any five star place in boston or anywhere else. A true secret and I hope it stays that way fort sake. So as I wait for my bread pudding I say another great meal for me and my wife.

I love it here. Been coming with my friends for over a year and we come every time we go the mall now. I have never had a bad meal and the staff is so friendly!

Perfect for what it is. You order at the front desk and they bring food to your table, so it’s not a full-scale restaurant, but the service is still excellent and the ambiance is classy and peaceful. Oh, and free wifi. The food is the key, though. Top quality ingredients, good mix of creative & traditional items, and they have wine & beer :) The braised short rib sandwich is particularly delicious, and the fries are perfectly seasoned. Great desserts too. Can’t go wrong here!

I got a Nordstrom gift card which can be used at the Café Bistro. Sandwiches and salads are about $ 10-$ 14 each. The Bistro specialities are about $ 14-$ 17 — so a little pricey for lunch but for quality of food, it is reasonable priced. I have used my gift card a few times now and I have had the crab bisque, cilantro lime shrimp salad, the bistro club sandwich, and the pappardelle pasta with braised beef. The pappardelle pasta is fantastic with the braised beef. I loved the fries that came with the club sandwich and the crunch from the bread. The crab bisque is rich and creamy, but I wish it came with more crabmeat. I am a big fan of shrimp and I enjoyed the bright flavors of the cilantro lime shrimp salad. I think my husband and I have come at off times, so it has usually been nice and quiet inside. I would recommend coming here if you want to enjoy your meal and want a getaway from the hectic food court at the mall.

Best lunch I’ve ever had at the northshore mall, and I work here so I’ve tried everything. The service was awesome, my lunch — cup of crab bisque and a half portion of cilatro and lime shrimp salad was delicious and only $ 15 which is equivalent to what I spend at jamba juice for a smoothie and a quick breakfast wrap… Very affordable, super healthy options, and I actually was able to hear myself think unlike when you’re in the food court. This is the mall’s best kept secret.

Very affordable(kind of ironic, considering how overpriced Nordstrom is) and great food.
