Stayed at the Marriott in Peabody, they delivered to the hotel in a snow storm. The pizza arrived hot and was absolutely delicious. We had one plain, one sausage and pepperoni and a veggie. For sit down it would probably be even better!

Ordered pizza at 7:20 — 7:30pm was told 45 minutes. An hour later I called and was told to keep an eye out they’ll be there any minute. It’s 3 minutes to 9pm that’s also when they close and no one is answering the phone. Tried 4 times no answer or voice mail! But… they did show up finally and the pizza was really. If I order from here again I’ll pick up.

Why 5 stars?
1. No delivery charge. This is awesome because I’m pretty sure every other food delivery place in Peabody charges $ 1 – 2.
2. FALAFEL. While their falafel isn’t anything super special, I am just happy that I found someplace in the city I live in that will deliver me falafel. The north shore is seriously lacking in providing its people with falafel.
3. Price. They are inexpensive!
4. The employees are really nice.

I love Downtown Pizza. Everyone that works there is very pleasant, helpful, and welcoming. The food backs up their service for sure. Chicken kebob sub is where it is at, I’m telling ya. If you are really feeling like throwing caution to the wind, try out a «PHAT» sandwich– breaded/​fried chicken, fries, mozz sticks, bacon, cheese– clearly a once in awhile choice. When I first saw it on the menu, I thought it was a joke– NO, it is for real and very good. Service is fast and friendly and food is great– pick up or delivery. I wouldn’t choose any other place for pizza and subs in Peabody.

The food at Downtown Pizza is very good. The owner is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet and he recognizes you even if you’ve only been in once. His food is a reflection of his personality.

I like everything about this place. First of all, the owner is very nice and remembers us every time we come in and knows what we like to eat.
I recommend the falafel sandwich. I believe they make their own tahini sauce which is fantastic. My girlfriend got the chicken kebab sub which she thought was great.
They also have good pizza and well priced lunch specials.
This is my first choice for subs and pizza in Peabody.
