Peabody, MA
Always a friendly smile greeting you behind the counter as you walk in. Very clean, and unlike many other local liquor stores does not smell like festering empties. Also prices are lower than most independent liquor stores on the items I buy regularly.

New store looks great! Stopped in today for a bottle of wine — friendly people working and offering to help! When does that ever happen in a liquor store. Will definitely not be over looking Duddys anymore.

Brand new store and it shows. Everything is clean and new. They had everything I was looking for on a recent trip from out of state to pick up some supplies for a friends birthday party.

We were very sad when we went to leave our hotel room and it was snowing like crazy. In an attempt to save the day, my husband remembered passing a liquor store. We went in and it was great. They had tons of craft beers and a great selection of booze. I was able to mix and match so we could create some fun beer flights and have a tasting back at the room. The owner was there and friendly and knowledgable. Thanks for the rescue!

This place is great, very friendly, wide selection of great alcohol and beers, very reasonably priced, and also tend to have stuff you don’t see everywhere, which is great, especially with the beers! Tried some great craft brews, got some great stories behind the breweries as well. Will definitely be a regular! They have weekly specials which let you try things you may not otherwise try, I love the lucky dog vodka in particular, if it wasn’t for the special, I might never have found that gem, thanks Duddy’s!

Came here saturday night to buy some jose cuervo, they didnt have any :(even being a nicely sized liquor store the shelves were empty and didnt have what i was looking for, ended up buying some bacardi O which i guess was okay, but still not what i was looking for

This lone liquor store on a decent stretch of Rt 1 was mildly surprising to me upon entering. Things aren’t always as they seem.
The store looks small from the outside and like it might be just like every third packie on the north shore — lots of beers and nothing much to remember it by.
Book, cover. Me, judging.
Decent selection of wine. Lots more reds than whites. I found a wine the other night Campanile, Pinot Grigio, for about $ 10.99, from Italy (’10) which tastes pretty good.
The guy who stood behing the counter looked like an old skool meathead — turns out he is friendly, and able to answer my questions. He also has the red sox on in the background for those of whom want to keep up with the game…
The one thing that they couldn’t give me, that I wanted? Good looking limes. These are like the holy grail of liquor stores though, I usually have to keep looking til I find something worth buying — usually at the last of many stores.
I’ll be back here for sure.
