Horrible staff! I’ve given it a chance multiple times and each time the staff was insanely rude to me and paid more attention to kids with their parents. Each time I had a pair of shoes I wanted and had the money for but left empty handed because I didn’t think they deserved my business. Zumiez and Tillys both in the same mall have a similar selection with the same if not slightly better prices with much nicer staff. Seriously if they weren’t ignoring me they were talking down to me. Not trying to sound snobbish but if someone walks in wearing expensive clothes/​shoes/​bag and know what they want why would you be rude? Especially considering they work off commission.
