Now this is a great store for women they have professional clothes as well as casual and always have a sale I never buy anything full price here there quality and customer service is great been shopping here for many years finally got around to writing a review

Things I love about this store: largest petite section in the region. Being 5’3″ (on a good day) does not allow for easy pant/​dress/​skirt shopping.
Almost my entire wardrobe is from this store because of size consistency. I can even order online and most things work out great.
Sales: I got 2 pairs of dressier leggings, a sweater, a blouse, and 4 cute change purse pouches that I’ll probably use for gift cards for presents for $ 77.45. Bought everything on sale and sale items were an extra 60% off. Had a $ 20 loft rewards card in the mail cause I shop there often.
Socks: the boot socks are great for tall boots.
Things I don’t love about this store: Service. The manager has been great when she has been there and I’ve been in the store, even recognizing me because of continued visits. However, I didn’t see her on my last visit. I spent at least 45 mins inside, struggling to hold my clothes while continuing to shop. Not a single sales person asked me if I needed help, wanted to start a fitting room, or checked in with me while I was trying on items. This location needs to step it up regarding customer service.

Misleading sales signs! Sign in store said jeans $ 25.00. Only black jeans, I was told after trying blue denim ones on. Come on get your act together!
