We are fans — I think you need to know what kind of food you are getting. The food is rich and delicious. Certainly not health food — but quite tasty.

The place smelled. The service was terrible to not there. The food surprisingly enough was pretty good. The taco were very tasty and the beans were good the rice tasted like ready rice. After we received our food we never saw the waitress again considering we were the only two people in there that was odd. This place is a five minute walk from my house and for that reason I may give it another try.

No. Just no. I ordered from Foodler because I hate talking on the phone. I ordered a mango milkshake, taco salad & pork quesadilla. I got a phone call right around the time Foodler said my food would be delivered. I have no idea what the man said, I just said ok. I think it was along the lines of my delivery was on its way. The mango milkshake is really thin and too sweet. The taco salad is just eh. Lots of chicken, but not many veggies. The pork quesadilla is disgusting. There was no cheese, the pork tasted liked kielbasa, the sour cream is in the quesadilla and there was rice inside as well. I couldn’t even hold it-the tortilla was so soft & it fell apart. $ 25 for a subpar meal? No thanks.

Ordered from them at work and home — although the«We Delivery» on the menu seems like an immediate warning sign to stay away, I have ordered from them 3 times and had an excellent experience each time. Their rice is moist and delicious, and their dishes are exactly what I would expect, without having to drive to Lynn or Lawrence(or track down a random food cart/truck) to get it.

I got a menu from Montecristo in my mailbox, with the magic words«We Deliver» and I was pretty excited. I usually drive to Lynn for Spanish food(when I don’t feel like cooking it) so finding one close by(like 3 blocks away) that will bring the food to me… well that just about made my day! So I called to place an order… Carne Asada, Fajitas Chillando, Chicharones, 2 Empanadas and Hamburger & fries. The lady that answered the phone couldn’t speak english well so she gave the phone to a man who could(very nice) and the order was placed with ease. So everything seemed to be going good, until… 20 minutes after the order was placed I receive a phone call. They don’t have the hamburger & fries. Ok, well I had assumed by now that the food would be almost on it’s way and you’re just realizing that you don’t have it? Not cool, but alright. So how about 3 more Empanadas and some white rice(for the picky child). Sure, no problem. 10 minutes later, another phone call. No Empanadas! Haha this is getting pretty bad. Do you have tacos? You do… ok I’ll take 3 tacos then. How much is my order going to be with all these changes? They tell me «same price, and we give you some orders free, add some free stuff, we’re so sorry». So my food shows up another 30 minutes(and $ 40) later. The fajitas have no tortillas with them, and NO chicharones… plus no extra orders or free stuff to be found. I call about the chicarones, and they tell me I must not have ordered them. I ask about the tortillas for the fajitas, and they«don’t know what I mean». The food itself was ok, nothing special. There was more salad and rice«filler» than anything. None of it was worth the price OR the hassle. Adiós, Montecristo… you’ll never see me again!
