Brought two watches here to have the batteries replaced while we waited since Nordstrom recommended them. The guy who started on it seemed to have trouble and eventually handed it over to a more senior guy. When we got them back we found that the first guy had scratched up the back on the expensive one. Would not return to this place. Two stars since at least they had the sense to have the experienced guy take over.

I went to the N S Shopping Mall to get the crystal replaced on my watch. I asked if they do that there at the Mall Kiosk, the kid that was working there said yes. I was told it was best to leave it and come back. So thats what I did. When I returned the next day to pick it up, I noticed it wasn’t working. They then told me I must need a battery even though I had recently replaced it not that long ago. Nevertheless, I bought another battery but it still did not work. I explained to the manager at Precision Time that it was a perfectly good working watch when I dropped it off. They said we will send it off and get it repaired at no charge to you. I thought that was fair. Finally about 3 weeks later I get a call from Precision Time out in California, The message that I received was that they did nothing wrong. The gears dried out and that was the reason the watch no longer works. This was going to cost me 119.00 to get it back with repairs. I was irate. Are they kidding me? I explained what happened, It did not matter to them. It also did not matter that the manager was trying to make it right with me. There were other problems and complaints with this same employee. Bottom line it is best to go to a jewlery store to have repaines done, including Crystals etc. It was so not worth my time or agravation. PLK.
