Chico’s

My mother is disabled and in a wheelchair. She loves to shop at Chicos but doesn’t have the opportunity to go into the store very frequently because it’s difficult for her to shop. I took her into this Chicos in Peachtree City a few weeks ago. The staff there, all the staff but specifically Rhonda, made us feel very welcome and helped my mother shop. It began to rain heavily as we were checking out and Rhonda assured me that she would help my mom finish checking out while I went out to bring the car up close. Rhonda was so sweet to my mom and me. She was great! Then it turned out that my mom had purchased me a gift there, and I went back a few days ago to exchange the item for something different. Rhonda remembered me and my mom and helped me look for an alternate selection. Unfortunately the jacket I fell in love with was out of stock in my size. Rhonda tried other stores and the Internet to find me the item. Unfortunately they were sold out everywhere. I asked her to call me if one happened to come in or be returned. To my extreme delight, Rhonda did just that-​she found the jacket for me and called me this morning. She put it on hold for me and I can’t wait to go pick it up tomorrow! Talk about amazing customer service!!! Chicos is lucky to have Rhonda working for them!

This store doesn’t even deserve a star. I love Chicos but I have visited this store at least 4 times and I have yet to have service of any kind. I am ignored and passed off to another associate that doesn’t existed. I went in to buy but happily took my business to Talbots a few doors down. Suck it Chicos in Peachtree City
