Fab’rik

I have been to several of these stores and always have very good customer service, but the one in Peachtree City is so far THE BEST! Rose, Hannah, Erica and the store manager Jamie truly make your shopping experience great! I have brought several of my friends into this store when they are looking for that certain outfit that you just can’t seem to put together yourself sometimes because the people working there know what they are doing! Thanks ladies for always taking care of me!

I’ve shopped at most of the other fab’rik locations in Georgia and this one is, by far, my favorite due to customer service. I come in during my lunch break on occasion and Ashley and Jamie always greet me with enthusiasm and with updates on new arrivals and sales/​promotions.
Pros: I come here for tops, dresses and denim (when they have a great sale). They carry great «designer» denim like DL1961 and Hudson Jeans. They offer very personalized styling and shopping.
Cons: Tight parking lot with aggressive drivers and sizes are limited.
I would consider myself a regular but that’s only because they’ve earned my business.

Yikes, do you know how bad your customer service has to be for me to miss the indifferent to crass customer service I received in Boston? I’ve been here twice and plan on never returning again. The sales people seem far more preoccupied with gathering information to gossip about from customers than actually selling anything. The last time I was here a sales girl insulted me to my face, plainly telling me that something I hope to accomplish in my future was «stupid». I should have stopped the conversation before things had gotten to that point because the questions she asked me about my personal life were completely out of line and intrusive. It went to a whole other place though when my answers were thrown back at me as insults. I’ve never been treated this way by any sales person — whether I was shopping at CVS or Barneys NY. The clothes are reminiscent of Forever 21 and you’d probably be better served if you took your business and time to drive up to another mall. An overall completely unprofessional and underwhelming experience.
