Hertz Rent A Car

Tried to rent a car through this location twice. Reserved car online and when I got there to pick up was told there were no cars! No phone call to warn me, no apologies, nothing. The girl told me she would call, expecting a car at 1, but no call. When I tried to get a car for next day, I was told the same story. How on earth does a car rental office not have cars for days on end??? Will never try to rent from this location again.

Hate, hate, hate this place!!!
Through my company, we had to rent from this place (this has since changed thankfully). I was renting a car about every other week, consistently for about two years. I was doing work between a few nearby cities so I wanted to keep the mileage off of my cars. There was a lady in there that would see me and just slow down to practically a stop.
She hated me for whatever reason and I gave it back (I am not going to claim innocent here but if I get attitude I am not going to let you dish it out to me unchecked)… There was an occasion where I was dropping off and didnt feel like going through the normal 20 minute wait to simply drop off followed by the worlds slowest walk around. I dropped off the keys and walked out… she knows who I am. I found out a day later that she noted damage to the car that I know was not there, I don’t abuse rentals. When I went back to dispute the charges, the car was gone and of course no way for me to refute any ‘damage’. My company paid for it through whatever insurance they have and it was no big deal in terms of my job but this was dishonest and hateful.
As life turns out I needed to make a trip and through some circumstance that I cant recall, I was told they are under new management and they would love my business again. I called up to reserve a car, they are 2 minutes from my office. I was assured all has changed. I showed up to get my car, the guy behind the counter tells me the manager is on the way with the car. The manager shows up with no car, they rented it to someone else, on and on with the story and the excuses as to why they are not complete incompetents. To get a car, I would have had to sit there for 2 more hours as a car made its way from the airport in the afternoon. Not a single phone call letting me know of this issue or the delay, I would have been fine working in the office till the car arrived but like a fool I showed up when we agreed to have one available.
Final straw in a series of disastrous experiences.
This is the single worst place to rent a car. If I can give a zero rating, this ‘business’ would certainly earn it. You are begging for problems if you rent here.
Go down the street to Enterprise; tons of cars, never a wait, friendly people, no excuses…
