We really liked it here. It started with one of the waiters stepping outside to welcome us in as we looked at the menu. We shopped for a bit but then decided to try out Cheeky in part because of the welcome. We really loved the servers: they were friendly, talkative, and on the ball. I had the bacon burger and it was great. My wife had the crabcakes appetizer and loved them. As for price, I would have expected it to be on the high side because it is in the Forum but it was about the same as anywhere else. We will definitely go back and recommend it.

I’m not sure what bad reviews were about. Had a great date night here with my husband and food was amazing. Korean tacos were great! Service was prompt and she kept checking on us throughout even though it was a busy Friday night. Their beer selection is really good, even though I got a skinny blackberry cilantro margarita. This place is yum!

Good selection of interesting and unique tacos, particularly the ahi tuna and fish tacos. Grilled veggie side is great especially when paired with the black beans.

Had apps here. Appetizers were uneven in temperature Not very good. Best item was fried green tomatoes, no go on the wings. Service ok, Ugly restaurant. I’m like others here. What the heck is it?

This place has literally no redeeming qualities. Terrible food. Terrible service. The location is convenient, so I’ve been there a few times and it’s never any different. One time, I got food poisoning, and called them to explain. The manager essentially told me «oh that sucks,» with no other concern. One time, a state of the union came on after a football game, and the bartender started yelling about how much she hates the president. I don’t want to listen to that while I eat. I’m at the forum all the time and I would love to love this place. They’ve done nothing but make that difficult so I’m done trying.

Very disappointing, food was ok, drinks were good, service was horrible. We ordered fajitas but they never gave us tortillas — they«ran out»!!! Seriously? Tortillas are a staple of your cuisine! There’s another Mexican place at the other end of The Forum, and they’ll be getting our business from now on!

Service was pretty ok, My friend and i were trying to kill time and drink a beer or two while waiting for our friend, we liked the selection of beer they had, which is why we came, but we weren’t too comfortable with the disapproving looks just because we look younger than our actual age, it was very unsettling the entire time we were there, so we ended it with one beer and left to another bar. We’re willing to give this place another chance, but it wouldn’t be a first choice.

No. I won’t return. Our waitress was lost, didn’t know how to direct our party to get their own beer, couldn’t set up our table’s «beer cards,» everyone’s food came out at different times, the checks were wrong, and the premium beer taps were all foam because no one had been drinking out of them yet(we got there early for happy hour before going out). The egg rolls were good, but the wings were not. This is the 2nd time I’ve been and I left disappointed both times. Two strikes and you’re out!

Our server was relatively new, but he did a fairly good job. The Korean BBQ taco was delicious! My compliments to the bartender for a perfectly made pomegranate margarita. The atmosphere on the patio is relaxing. I will definitely come back again.

No Chips and Salsa?! No Tortilla Soup?! No Charro Beans?! Extremely loud, couldn’t here the hostess or waitress and they act like its your fault. Fail! Do yourself a favor and go to the Cheeky on 1039 Peachtree Industrial Blvd. in Suwanee instead.

Service is not that good. Waitress rarely checked up on my family and I. Food is okay, they put chipotle sauce on everything! For a new place at the forum, it hasn’t really brought a WOW factor to its customers

My friends and I came here for a summer reunion at 9:30PM on a Tuesday night. We had a group of 5, and none of us were all that hungry, so we ordered tator tots, the trifecta(bean dip, queso, guac, and complimentary salsa), and my friend ordered a beer. The tator tots were great and were only $ 2, which was great! They come with ketchup. I liked that there were unlimited chips that came with the dips. However, it took a while for the server to come to our table to refill our chips and drinks often. Service was not the best. It took a while for my friend who ordered a beer to receive word that they did not have the one that she wanted. She tried two more times and they did not have the ones that she asked for. A few other reviews stated that they have self-serve taps. We did not know that because none of us had been there before and our server never explained how they worked and operated. The check was delivered without asking us how we wanted to split the check, but the waitress did ask us when she picked it up and saw the cards in the can. Overall, the snacks here are ok. If I were to come back, I’d like to try some other things. Maybe the service would be better if we ordered more food. Cheeky is close to where I live, and open late, which are two of the driving factors that may bring me back.

Very impressive selection of beer. Love the Queso with chopped jalapeños. It’s a great spot and am glad it’s moved into Norcross!

I love Mexican from Tex Mex to Gourmet Mex to Americanized Mexican. This was really bad. Service was good, food was really bad. Ordered top shelf tacos… Tuna, I am pretty sure I am going to get sick from eating the two bites that I did, shrimp, again not good and the Korean Beef… also terrible. First 1 star review.

Average food. I ordered the bowl with chicken, roasted veggies, and guac. To me, it tasted a lot like Moes. Big portions though, but I wouldn’t chose this place over Chipotle, which is half the price. My friend ordered tacos and she was OK with it. Again, average. Server was good and courteous. Place is well decorated. There was nothing tremendously wrong with this place, but I just don’t see myself coming back again.

This is an interesting place, and I think I agree that it seems a bit confused, or rather confusing. I actually had a pretty hard time deciding what to have. Not surprisingly my first hunch was that portions were pretty small in general. The food I had between their queso dip, a quesadilla and a taco thing was enough, but I actually confirmed my suspicions that the three things I ordered was enough, but it was still three things and I felt like a pig ordering that much. The gal taking care of us did detect I was struggling and finally mentioned that it’s pretty normal. The food and stuff was pretty good, but I would say more on the bland side. Service was also fair, and it didn’t take long to get our food. So, four stars from me, but the whole confusing menu, unclear portions, beer table atmosphere and bar probably just aren’t my speed.

Cheeky… what the hell are you? You aren’t Mexican, you aren’t southwestern, you aren’t right on any level. First, your food is really f’in weird. Like so weird I can’t understand what you are trying to do. Second, your prices are stupid. I paid $ 9 for a «quesadilla» made from a tortilla the size of a small flour taco tortilla(but twice as thick). Seriously. I stared at this tiny quesadilla for a solid 3 minutes before realizing I’d just have to eat it. My coworkers called the tiny quesadilla a pita because it was so thick. What a joke. Oh yeah, and it came with this weird chipotle mayo sauce that was horrible. I love mayo, but it has no place in my faux quesadilla. Putting a little sour cream on my plate might have made me forget the tiny taco-sized quesadilla. Seriously, please order the quesadilla so you will truly understand what I mean about how super small it was. Third, when your server arrives at your table and asks if you’ve dined at Cheeky before just say«Yes» to avoid the awkward 240 second spiel about how they charge you for the serve-yourself beers. I won’t go back. A second visit is completely unnecessary. Edit: I just noticed another reviewer has solved the«What is Cheeky» mystery by telling us all it’s a TAQUERIA and you are supposed to order TACOS. I suppose that server who wasted 4 minutes of my life talking about beer could have said THAT.

Cheeky Taqueria is fine I guess. It’s the kind of place that adds fuel to my fire of ITP snobbery. There is absolutely no way that it could survive and thrive inside the Perimeter, yet it was pretty happening for a lunch in Peachtree Corners. I went with coworkers for lunch today. We are on the blue hair special and arrived at 11:30 to beat the crowds. At that point, we were one of three tables there. Our server immediately came over and was both very nice and clearly new to waiting tables. I asked him what they were known for, other than the fact that you can pour your own beer, and learned that they became«famous» for their tacos and that the menu just sort of expanded from there. One of my friends ordered one of the beers that was on draft at our table. It took two servers to try and figure out the iPad/tap combo before I think declaring something broken and my coworker settling for a Sweetwater. Everyone decided to go for tacos because when in Rome… errr, Cheeky Taqueria. The food arrived relatively quickly. I had a fried fish taco and an ahi tuna taco. The fried fish was good and flavorful. The ahi tuna was okay, but the texture of tuna in a taco isn’t necessarily the best combo. Truth be told there is absolutely no way that these tacos could have made this place famous. They were smallish and not as good as Verde, Tin Lizzy’s, Taqueria del Sol, El Taco, and Holy Taco to name a few. They weren’t bad by any means, but it was a minimal serving of mediocre food for the price. There was also a hair on my plate, but I’m trying to mentally block that detail. My bill for a Diet Coke and two tacos that left me hungry came to $ 10 before tip. I would probably come back for lunch, but that’s mostly just because the dining options up here are sparse. There is absolutely no way in hell I would ever go here in this were located within Atlanta city limits when there are so many better taquerias to choose from. Either it’s shiny and new or I’m in the minority of finding this place mediocre because it was slammed by 12:15. Overall, meh.

I read the bad reviews. This place is called Cheeky TAQUERIA. It’s silly to order a tuna salad here and expect it to be fantastic. Order TACOS. We had beer, cheese dip and two tacos each. All was good. Service was good. I have been to two other Cheeky’s and my experience here was actually best of all. Beer selection was fantastic. Wait staff was all courteous and respectful. Food was good. I do recommend this over the other Mexican places in the forum if you want good tacos… hint…its a TAQUERIA!

Out of the many Mexican options at the Forum, I would make this one last on your list. A very distant option. My daughter’s chicken tasted like fish. My ahi tuna salad had about 1.5 ounces of tuna. Awful experience.
