This American Savings bank inside of Walmart Pearl City. I like this branch because it’s convenient, the workers are competent with great customer service etiquette, and their service is thorough and quick! I’ve never had an issue with this branch and sometimes the lines can be long, which is to be expected, but their tellers are so quick and efficient that before I know it I’m being serviced. One of my favorite in-​store branches! Not to mention the hours are way better/​longer then the regular ones.

Just opened an account about 3 months ago. I work for a bank as well but I really really like American savings. This particular branch has a wonderful staff. They really make it an effort to get to know you. Leimomi and Ashlyn are SUPERB.

Eh not really a fan. It’s never crowded in the bank but there’s stil never parking. I don’t understand that. And I Always seem to get the freaking teller in training. How many tellers in training do you need? It’s really bad when it takes them 4 tries to count back cash to me. $ 140 in twenties shouldn’t be that hard to count back. She almost jipped me $ 20
