McDonald’s

Tiny dining area thus hard to bring in carts inside. Area is lacking on the a/​c side. Staff is quick and friendly. They give away free small water cups to wash the found down.

To me, this is the best McDonald’s in the Pearl City area. They not only are friendly and fast service but if you didn’t answer your order number they would go and look for you. Not only the workers do that, but the managers too. I guess giving great service pays off as they are always busy!

Managers with attitudes, don’t care to apologize.
Shame on you!

Really subpar McDonalds, so much lower than all the other locations ive been to, the cashier who took my order was very rude and was chewing gum with her mouth open while talking to the customers…

My wife brought two hamburgers home for me after shopping @ this Wal~Mart McDonalds. I opened them to add mustard. The hamburger patties were coal black and as charred as burnt toast. This McDonalds outlet needs managerial oversight and employe training. There is a precise formula for the food preparation. Perhaps the staff are unable to read or follow instructions and the «managers» incompetent. Never again will my wife or I patronize this McDonalds outlet.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER FROM MANAGEMENT!!! Cashiers are a lot more friendly and management should take a few notes from their under payed and over worked people that make them look good and help pay for there paychecks!!!

They are rude to people. The cashier Julita and the manager on duty was soo rude to a disable lady in a mobile chair that the cashier yelled at her as if she was deaf. Then when she couldn’t understand the cashier because of her accent she yelled even louder, the manager on duty asked the lady «please don’t yell or be rude», who is rude at this point. From then on the cashier Julita lowered her voice as if the last was wrong the whole time. On top of it all the cashier asked the lady if she was not ready to order if she could go aside so other people who are ready to order to get in front of her. All the while not giving the lady on the mobile chair all her attention, ie. yelling the orders for the finished ones. Really rude…

Sometimes this place gets packed. But its fast service and they normally always have their ice cream cones for 59 cents! SCORE :)

Service is usually pretty good, at times it does get really crowded because it is in Walmart. But yet so easy to get a snack for while you’re shopping around! Keeps the kids mouths busy! Wish they had a bigger selection though.

I might be wrong in pointing this out, but I think Margaret might be reviewing the McDonald’s by Don Quijote. The McDonald’s that’s on Kuala St. is the new one by Petco and Babies R Us.
This is the McDonald’s that has the dual drive thru lanes that merge into a single pick up lane. We tried this one when it first opened up and I’ll have to admit that the second drive thru lane does nothing. They might have been working out the kinks in their system, but it actually seemed slower than ordering in a single drive thru lane location. you know like, all of them.

Weirdest location and set up for a Mc D’s ever. Crammed into a shopping center in the corner and at an angle, on the top floor. The food you recieve at the drive thru comes over into a seperate building on a conveyer belt. The bathroom is outside and around the corner. The cashier didn’t understand english very well and seemed robotic and as if reading from a script. My salad was covered with way too much parm. Overall, crap location and even worse food but what can expect? I mean, really?
