I rolled in here with my furry bestie Muppet to get breakfast at 10:00am. We were surprised to see a long line since rail construction has been slowing down businesses in this area. The drive thru process was quite difficult since the person taking the orders doesn’t seem to understand English well. I understood her fine, since my mom has a heavy foreign accent, I can understand most foreigners. However this was a one way street. I had to ask her at least six times if the breakfast croissant had ham in it. I think she just gave up trying to answer me and just said yes to every question I had thereafter. When I was at the pick up window, I was given half my order. I was still waiting for my breakfast sandwiches when the lady in the window asked me if I needed help. Um, yes i would like the rest of my order? She acted confused and some guy from the back brought out my sandwiches a couple of minutes later. I also ordered coffee and asked for sugar substitute. The lady told me they only had sugar, and proceeded to put equal substitute in my bag. I don’t want to come back here I’m scared.

Be careful when trying to use a coupon when buying their«Rail Special»(2 Double Cheeseburgers for $ 5) They tried to tell me I needed to purchase an item to use the coupon — Umm yes, I’m purchasing the 2 Double Cheeseburgers. It’s not my fault you guys have a special — I should still get to use my coupon! …which I did, but after having to tell them multiple times. SMH. Burgers came back rubbery and over-cooked. Guess my expectations were higher than they should have been!

I would honestly rate this Jack in the Box a flat 0! Very disappointing. The girl who was taking our orders was okay, but I mean her customer service was a no go. They made our burgers sloppy, I’m talking about mayo & ketchup out of the burger. Fries had no heat at all, they were cold as if they’ve been sitting there forever. I always come here hoping that service will get better, but nope. This was it for me.

Came here with a mind set of ordering a grilled chicken club Salad and 1 order of tacos. When I arrived their drive thru was closed for renovations. A little disappointed cause I had my sleeping 1 year old in the back but understood. So I went inside and a couple was ordering and the lady took FOREVER. She couldn’t understand what they were trying to order and the guy was making it very simple for her. A large number 3 with a large sprite and large onion rings. She had to repeat his order alone like 3 times to understand. Next was myself. I told her a grilled chicken… then she was like egg roll? And I’m like no a grilled chicken club… and she’s like 1 egg roll!!! And I spoke louder and slower. One chicken grilled club salad. And she’s like okay grilled salad. And I’m like yes the chicken club. And she’s like oh so the chicken club Salad instead? And I’m like yes with grilled chicken. And she was like okay only the grilled salad then? I was getting a bit frustrated cause I know they do have a regular grilled chicken salad but wanted the club to be specific. So I continued saying grilled chicken club salad. And she was like crispy or grilled chicken? after she finally understood I was like two tacos. And she’s like okay. 1 order of two tacos? And I’m like yes correct. And she’s like 1 tacos okay and your grilled chicken club salad. The chicken club that is with grilled chicken. After being there like 5 minutes of ordering 2 items we finally got our food, but she almost forgot the salad dressing. Thankfully she remembered last minute and gave it to me. She forgot to ask me for taco sauce but thankfully another couple who has extra left it on the counter so I took that. Not the best experience. Happy I got the food that I wanted though, however they put the grilled chicken in my salad. Usually for to go orders they have the hot chicken seperated so it doesn’t get my salad all soggy by the time I get home, which happened since they placed the fresh, hot, oily chicken in the same tight shut container of my salad.

I bought the new Loaded Breakfast Sandwich and it was awesome, Broke Da Mouth Ono!(for all of you not from Hawaii, that means DELICIOUS)! It was a huge sandwich, so I shared it with a friend and it was still filling. First of all, let me describe this sandwich, it’s filled with two eggs, a sausage patti, ham, bacon and two slices of cheese between toasted sourdough bread. Now tell me any of those ingredients by itself isn’t awesome, but put them all together and you got a symphony in your mouth. I will surely be back for this.

Food was okay. My gripe is my soda; cup was ¾ full of ice which amounted to hardly any soda. Rip off

I used to go to this Jack in the Box at least twice a week to grade papers over lunch. Now, with all the construction going on in front of the restaurant, I only go once in a while for dinner. Glad to report that the food is still consistent. Which means if you like something one day and order it next week, you’ll like it again. But if you aren’t a JITB fan, this location won’t turn you into one. They remodeled a little while ago so the tables are nicer than before. The dine-in soda fountain wasn’t replaced so it still drips on your hand sometimes. What I really don’t like is their going to baskets for the smaller orders. Trays don’t balance well over the rubbish bins because of the space they allocated for the baskets. But as long as they don’t fall on me, I can live with it.

first time writing a review for this jack in the box. for fast food the food and wait time were not too bad. the curly fries were hot, the butter garlic sandwich was made with actual fresh vegetables and the meat was nice and juicy. the hashbrown was crunchy and not oily. downside the rice in my Portuguese sausage platter was yellow. upside the scrambles eggs were nice and fluffy and the sausage, different in taste, more sweeter and a lot bigger per slice. definitely will come back

I don’t know what it is about drive-through service, but the person on the other end of the intercom never seems to listen or to get my order right. It’s become de riguer to repeat my order at least three times when going through drive-through. Jack-in-the-Box is no exception. We finally got our order correct after three trys. The waitstaff is pleasant enough, but they really need to listen more carefully so that we don’t have to repeat ourselves!

This location is conveniently located right on Kamehameha Highway right next to surrounding and nearby restaurants such as Burger King, Taco Bell, Genki Sushi, etc. It’s also right near Blaisdell Park. This is a decently sized Jacks. They have a variety amount of table and seating areas. Their menu is just like all of the other Jacks. I recently tried the homestyle ranch chicken sandwich and it was pretty good. I got it along with some churros which was ok. They also have a drive thru right around the corner. However, the drive thru is kinda tight so if you are just going around the block you have to watch out if there are cars in line especially if the drive thru is poppin’. Anyways it’s not really busy all of the time whenever I come here. The only time where I see a lot of people dining in is during the morning with all of the senior citizens inside. The staff and customer service is ok. The prices are what can i say, your typical fast food prices.

So after going to my first job at 7:30 am and working til 6:15p. Then work my second job from 7:00p to 10:00pm, yes — I am hungry. Seasoned curly fries and buttermilk — 3 to be exact in a Bacon Ultimate Burger meal. Add a large chocolate shake . 14.95. Drive home to Aiea Heights. All tired. Open bag. NO buttermilks. Call restaurant. I’m sorry. I’m sorry. I’m sorry. That’s all I get. I dare anyone to call me from Jack In The Box. I will show you the meaning of service. Shoulda went Wendys… Smh.

Typical Fast Food Restaurant, but I’m a fan. Sure the wait time can take 3 – 4 minutes, but hey the food is always fresh and hot. What more can you ask? I love their .99 $ Taco’s and the hot 3 pc Egg Rolls :) I wonder for those that can’t stand the wait, would you want to eat fresh hot fries, or dry soggy fries?

We went there for breakfast(drive thru) this is the first time that I was really disappointed. We ordered 4 breakfast meals with drinks. Drinks were 1 iced tea with lemon which was ok and the others were supposed to be lemonade 1 of which was a special request of ½ water & ½ lemonade. My grandsons stomach can’t tolerate too much sugar. Before giving it to my grandson I always check it to be sure it was done correctly. Upon double checking it, I find out that it’s not lemonade mixed with water but just straight water, which leads everyone else to try their drinks and in fact their all water. How’s that we just paid for water… the worst thing about this whole thing is they(Jack in the box) said that they knew that the lemonade was running out, then why in the world didn’t they just say so, so we could have made another choice! So sad, poor service!

Poor Poor Jack in the Box Pearl City! I just had to leave a review here because I remember the days when orders here took for-ev-er. But recently, this is not the case. In fact, it was less than 3 minutes for everything. Their food is always good here. the employees are super smiley too. Fix the speaker! Can barely hear a thing! Good job overall :)

Co-workers and I usually go here on the regular, making this the closest fast food place from work… and for fast food, Jack in the Box has a decent«healthy» option — the chicken fajita pita. It actually tastes good and is a pretty awesome lunch when everyone else is sucking down burgers… For the record, I am biased — the Zippy’s and Taco Bell close by has the absolute slowest service this side of Kam… so any drive-thru that moves faster than a monk on morphine is alright in my book! Also, small-kine fyi: if you have to eat here, only order one thing at a time. If there is more than one request — i.e. too complex of an order, they’ll screw it up every time… just gotta let that one go…

Came here specifically to try the bacon shake, which was interesting but probably wouldn’t get again. Taste maple-y, smokey(think bacon aftertaste), and just plain SWEET. The smokey taste hits you hard in the beginning and just vanishes… Anyway, this location is pretty slow for a drive thru, so much so that you could even compare it to the traditionally slow Pizza Hut/Taco Bell next door. I never seem to have luck with ANY Jack in the Box drive thru either, as they normally forget part of my order. This wasn’t an issue this past visit, but has been in the past. Basically, come here(or to any other Jack in the Box) only if there’s something you want specifically from Jack in the Box.

Second the first review. Slow, poor service, dirty. Check inside your takeout bag before halfway asking for any sauces or you’ll get a ignorant«it’s in the bag». I typically enjoy Jack’s but after 4 years in kansas city where we had no jack in box restaurants, I have, and can continue to go without it… how did I ever like those monster tacos before? McDonald’s makeover has truly put Jack’s interior, atmosphere, and cleanliness to shame. Still love their commercials though.

There are zero reviews for this location. It should be odd, right? I mean, this place has been open forever. I know now why this place doesn’t have a single review. After today’s trip, it’s abundantly clear: no one wants to waste their time. And so with that, I’ll help the Unilocal community. Do not eat here. They are slow and incompetent. I was sitting in the drive thru line for what seemed like an eternity. When I started to time how often the cars in front of me would move up, I timed an average of six minutes per car. Yes, I could have gotten out in and stood in the line inside but if there’s a drive thru, what’s the point? It’s supposed to be fast food anyway. Fast forward about three hours and I finally get to order. I order the fish sandwich for my gf. She’s a pescetarian and that was the only thing she could eat in sandwich form. I saw it on their site earlier in the day and that’s what I wanted to get her. The lady gives me a total and then she tells me that they have no fish sandwich. Even after I was rung up for one. How the hell did that happen? I know that some items you find on the sites for various places don’t apply to Hawaii, but they have fish and chips. That’s the exact same fish they use for the fish sandwich. The description online even says ‘battered fish’ and that’s exactly the same damn fish they serve in the fish and chips. This was getting ridiculous and I wasn’t even going to ask them if they had the grilled pastrami sandwich their website was pimping.
