Burger King

I really dont like doing reviews like this, but im not going to lie they got me a little upset n ii just wanted to see if im the one being a little to much or what your folks look on a situation, but before ii go on lets talk about the place for a minute…
Parking was great, the drive thru line just a little long, but being our dog just got out of the VCA Animal Hospital we stopped here for a quick bite to eat.
Upon entering there were about 2 people ahead of me. The restaurant side didnt seem busy at all. As ii approach the counter the young women (shift supervisor) greeted me and she was friendly, as ii proceeded to order ii had asked for a med cup of water (ii don’t mind paying $.50 for the cup) but she tells me that I have to pay full price for the cup, you better believe I was in shock, ii asked her, you want to charge me full price for a cup of water? Her response was «Well our water near the drinks are filtered water», ii didnt know what to say, ii told her never mind, ii didnt want it, ill take a water cup, she then tells me they didnt have any, are u serious? I was really getting frustrated, all ii wanted was a cup of ice with water. I don’t drink soda or juice and they didnt offer any bottle waters on the menu. Every other fast food charges either $.25-$.50 for a cup of water, ii cant believe Burger King would markup their cup for water that way… I waited for my order and we ate outside…
As we tried to find a table with shade, we notice all the tables were really dirty as if no one ever comes out to clean them. I decided to go inside to ask for a rag so ii could clean it or see if someone could come out and wipe the table and chairs. It looked like people put their feed or rubbed some grease all over. As ii went in to ask the lady at the counter just looked at me and asked what ii needed, ii asked for a rag to wipe the outside table and she looked at me with this confused look on her face. She didnt give me no answer or anything, she walked over to an elderly co-​worker to tell her ii needed a rag and she proceeded to work the drive thru line while ii was left standing there. SO… ii did the stare down, lol.(sorry) they literally was taking their sweet time, ii swear ii was standing there for over 5 mins just watching them talk in their language doing nothing. As ii said nicely «excuse me» that elderly lady had the nerve to put her hand up and tell me «Wait! (hands up) You better believe ii was taken back by that attitude… While she wetted a rag she stared at me with this stink look on her face and still continued to speak in their language to the rest… I followed her out and showed her the table we were sitting on. She was upset because she needed to wipe the table for us, but ii never asked for her to do it, ii asked for a rag… As she continued to clean the table she went on by saying how all the homeless and «drug people» come and ruin their tables, mind you there was a homeless man eating something from Burger King sitting on the table next to us, while she said that, he just looked at her. I then mentioned that its not just the homeless who vandalize and that wasn’t nice… She shook her head, rolled her eyes n mumbled something in her language as she walked back inside…
I didnt say anything, lets just say that their customer service is HORRIBLE :(…

My grandma loves this Burger King. She says its the best on the island. I, on the other hand, found the burgers so salty, I couldnt eat it.
My sis and I went through the drive-​thru around 10pm after we both finished work. I had bought the whopper jr. and my sis got the bacon swiss. I took a bite of both and they were both equally salty. She agrees, and couldnt eat her. The fries were the usual fast food yummy fries. We were expecting fast food and were disappointed that we got inedible food.
Great for smokers who have dulled taste buds. Not so great for the rest of us who can feel the blood pressure fluctuating after a bite.

Writing a post in Burger King to review the 5 for 5 menu. Burger King is a more pricey fast food burger place so was this a good deal for the taste. The menu consists of a bacon cheese burger, fries, 4 chicken pieces, a chocolate cookie, and a medium drink. All were ok but you cannot beat their whopper. So if you are on a budget this combo is for you. I hope they keep this menu as it is the only way to get stuff for a $ 1 at BK.

every time… look at their burgers. so small… i’m disgusted… like paying the same for a can ofv tuna but the reduce the ounces. i guess burger king is following suit, so reduce the bun 2 match your smaller patty… really…

5 out of 5 times excellent met expectations better than other island locations.

The usual Burger King food but lots of parking and seating so not as crowded as some locations can get. Service speed and friendliness about average. Unfortunately still has the old soft drink fountain instead of the fancy 100+ flavor one that the Beretania location has.

Burger King located on the corner of Kamehameha Highway and Kaahumanu Street in Pearl City right across of the Neal Blaisdell Park.
The few times I would come here is after I just got through having an appointment at my eye doctor place of Blink Vision Care. The employees are friendly.
When I visited this food establishment recently I noticed that there is an outside eating area for individuals who prefer to eat out in the open air or if they are smokers. The inside dining area is very air conditioned and clean.
Customers who would like to use the restroom facility would have to ask for the key from one of the employees. The restroom at times can be very clean and at other times can be semi dirty especially if there’s loose toilet paper on the restroom floor.
If I am ever hungry for a Whopper or a chicken sandwich and I am in the vicinity then I would stop at this location for a early lunch or late lunch. It’s very convenient since it is within walking distance to a bus stop going westbound.

I was really bummed out with my experience. I went through the drive-​thru window. All I ordered was a rodeo cheeseburger and chicken sandwich. I left with a cheeseburger and spicy chicken sandwich. So upsetting because I’m definitely not driving back especially with the Kam. Hwy traffic. They were all joking around and having a grand time inside, maybe they should focus more on the customer than themselves. Smh.

This place had the worst customer service. I come here occasionally before work and during my lunch break. I ALWAYS wait AT LEAST 5 minutes to be seen, even when there is NO LINE and no one in the drive thru.

Customer service is terrible. I was already on the second drive thru window to pay and grab my order, but when i asked them if i can add to my order, the lady name eliza said yes but she became so grumpy,

Love this place. .they have the 2/7.00 promo going on. Folks, take advantage of this while it lasts. Don’t miss out. I wish it was open a, little bit longer than 10 pm daily. They should be open 24 hrs 7 days a week and people will totally come in more

While sitting here enjoying my fish sandwich we were pleasantly surprised that when it slowed down at the counter that the store manager came around to check with patrons in the dining room area. Now that’s what I call Great Customer Service!

I come to this Burger King enough to say that they provide fast service. Their drive thru ladies (mostly managers) are on it. This Burger King beats fast food around this area. I also scored free Satisfry this weekend.

To start off let me say I’m not one to crave for a burger & fries! But there’s time where a miracle happens and when I do it HAS to be a Burger King whopper!
The taste of a whopper Is so much better than the burgers offered at the other fast food places! It’s so much more juicier than parties grilled on a flat top & the extra added flavor from being flame broiled makes it even that much better!

Whoopers, chicken samiches, and onion rings are good! convenient for breakfast while waiting while our cars are being serviced next door.

Located right across the Neil Blaisdell PARK in Waimalu.
One negative right off the bat is that if the drive thru line is busy, it goes into the street and causes traffic.
I like Burger King quality better than «other popular fast food places» but if you want quality, then you have to pay for it. With that said, it does cost a little bit more.
I wont deny that the burgers have the «flame broiled taste»…it makes a difference in the taste!
I used to love their french fries. While they are still good, I think they changed the potato because now they are thicker.
Ive never had a problem at this location. Food order is always right… and food is always hot.
4 stars for being one of the better fast food places!

The Angry Whopper is 5 stars. I LOVE that burger. I really really crave it. It’s a Whopper with pepper jack cheese, jalapenos, bacon, crispy fried onion rings and barbecue sauce. Basically all great stuff put together. The Angry Whopper makes me happy… literally. If I was in a bad mood… no longer after the Angry Whopper. Maybe it’s endorphines from the jalapenos, or maybe it’s just the best burger toppings on earth meeting in my mouth and gut… I don’t know but it’s a fact.
And this PC BK made a great one this past Wednesday. You know how burgers NEVER look like the picture, well this one didn’t either. But it WAS close. And looks don’t really matter… the burger was great. The bacon and onions were crispy and the burger was juicy. Great job BK Pearl City.
AND they have a really cool video menu. Super fancy and dynamic.
I know you might not know it by this review, but I’m not usually a BK fan. When the Angry Whopper goes out of season so do I. But do yourself a favor and try it at least once and see if I’m wrong.

Going through this drive thru is not considered FAST FOOD. I was in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. I mean damn come on now.
The car in front of me was placing their order and the guy taking it was being such an ass hat. He would keep saying with an attitude «MAM I GOT IT». I was thinking geez what crawled up his ass and died. She was also taking forever to order. When it happened to be my turn my order went smoothly I had no problems. They were nice to me. The lady in front had to pull over to the side since they got her whole order wrong and wasn’t paying attention to her. YIKES…

I thought Beretania Burger King was the worst BK ever… even the University BK one is better. I honestly didn’t think non speaking workers with confused looks on their faces couldn’t get any worse.
Nope… came here last Sunday after roaming to Target. They refused our coupon from their coupon book. Mind you, they always take it at Beretania and it wasn’t expired. Jeez. I was furious… why not take it?
Okay so my saltiness calmed down but still, the place was FILTHY. I am a germophob and I will admit it but still, no excuse for your tables to be covered in ketchup, salt, and wilted lettuce leaves. The high chairs were DISGUSTING… had I not had wipes and whatnot to clean, we would have eaten take out. The wipe was BLACK when I got done cleaning just the top area of it. That is just so gross.
Anyway, the workers weren’t friendly but I guess there was also no line. Lots of workers milling about but none of them really trying to make the place cleaner.
Food was standard… the coke was delicious as always (my husband thinks BK has the best coke… soda = soda to me though). So if you’re looking for a drive thru experience, do NOT come on a Sunday from like 9 AM — 2 PM because there’s a line out of the parking lot and it spills onto the street. Too many people and so not worth it!

Nothing special here. Typical fast food service where they forget what you ordered not ten seconds after you call it into the order box. It’s convenient and right down the road, but that’s about it.
I tried the new burger with cheese and jalapeño already folded into the hamburger patty and I don’t really recommend it to anyone.
I should have gotten the BK chicken fries.
