Home cooking at its best! Got the ribeye plate & Hawaiian plate. I have to say this was the best $ 20 I spent in a long time.

The fried chicken is the bomb!!! I use to love Zippys fried chicken but it is beyond compare to the ones here at Hole Inn Da Wall!!!

My coworkers and I are always looking for nearby places to have lunch, and we heard about this little place and their steaks and had to try it for ourselves. The rib-eye and shrimp scampi was SO ono! Just the right amount of seasoning and a generous amount for $ 9. The local couple (I assume the owners) is so friendly and even though it only took a few minutes to make us a fresh steak — they were so humble and thanked us for our patience.
I am such a steak snob and I never eat those steak chains that give you a big pile of thin steak — this place is a REAL rib-eye, and is seasoned and cooked to perfection. Melts in your mouth! And a good amount of fresh scampi, not over cooked or rubbery at all.
Went back the very next day and we tried their hamburger steak and chicken long rice. Hamburger steak was perfect! Thick, home made patties and not dry at all. The chicken long rice was fresh and lots of ginger flavor, the best I’ve had in a long time. The toss salad is good too — no old iceberg and carrots — this is fresh romaine and cherry tomatoes with a really good vinaigrette (tastes like Olive Garden dressing). Can’t wait to go back and try their other dishes soon!

I randomly stopped in here after seeing their menu in the window. And I’m glad that I did! It’s a very small «hole in the wall,» but the plate lunches are big and tasty. My daughters shared a Garlic Chicken plate lunch, and I had the Hawaiian plate lunch. Both were delicious and the owner was so friendly! I’ll definitely be back.

Just to let everyone know, Hole inn da wall is closed on Sundays. If you do happen to stop by on sunday, and it looks like we are open, we are not. The person we are renting it from, comes by and serves her own food out of the” Hole inn da wall”. We apologize for any confusion. Mahalo.
