Pizza Hut

Reviewing Pizza Hut for their $ 6.99 flavor menu. Not bad as you can mix and match items from a 1 topping pizza to a brownie. Pic later will show all the items. I decided to get a Italian sausage pizza and the brownie. I do not need to review the taste bc it is just pizza hut.

We had to pick up 8 pizzas last night! This branch was efficient and helped us get the most for our money! The pizzas were ready in a reasonable time! The workers were very polite! Pizza was hot and so yummy!

This is only for the delivery not sure how it is for carry out. Placed my order online started it would be a 40min wait. Ok no big deal I guess? Guy arrives at our door and the first thing he says is he lost our receipt and that it flew out of his window while on the way to our house. He stated he would have to go back to the store and reprint out another one and bring it back by for us to sign. I’m not sure how I feel about your window being down and my pizza just chillin in the back seat getting cold when you are located just right across the road basically from us. So I tell the guy ok that’s fine bring it back by I’ll sign it. Well sit the pizza down on the table and was sitting the table my son opens the boxes and was like which one of these is mine? After seeing he had one box already open and seen it wasn’t his I said its in the other box? Nope same pizza. They had given us 2 large supreme pizzas and that was definitely not what we ordered. I got on the phone and called them up letting them know what had happened I was put on hold for a few mins and finally the young lady came back on the line and said they will remake them and send them back out. But it would take another 40 mins. I explained to her I didn’t feel it was fair and she stated that they have to cook it which is 15 mins then another 15 – 20 mins to bring it out. She said she could ask if I could get a credit for next time I stated there may not be a next time? She did say she was sorry and I told her to remake our pizzas. So now we have 4 pizzas way to much food cause of course they aren’t going to take back the other two because of contamination. They called said they were on the way about 20 mins later said they would be right there as I’m typing this we are still waiting on those pizzas. I think next time I’ll either pick it up or order from somewhere else.

Which child eats supreme pizza? They used to let me order half sausage & half supreme. Today, I called to place an order and they no longer do half & half with specialty pizzas. I thought I was speaking to a rookie. But Pizza Hut is going through some changes when I ask the counter person. Oh well…
This Pizza Hut is pretty much on it with service. All their workers are courteous and pleasant. And especially today, their pan pizza was crunchy.

If I could give this place more stars I would. Tonight I ordered some wings and pasta and I was bummed it was the completely wrong pasta, BUT Jarrett was very empathic about making the wrong pasta and made us a new pasta quickly and let us keep the old pasta we had originally got. He was very very polite and apologetic and didn’t make me feel bad about wanting the right one. He took full responsibility for making the wrong pasta– I am a very happy girl!

Tried the new hand tossed disappointed the crust was thin and soggy. Maybe its the location. This location seems to be hit or miss for me.

Called in my delivery order at 10:30, received it at 10:55! Kids were hungry and ordered their simple big New Yorker pizza and chicken & mushroom alfredo.
Always fast and friendly service from the Pearl City location.
They call before they leave the location with your order. Arrive promptly and courteous.

I love Pizza Hut. They’re awesome! This store is small but pretty convenient. Just go there, order and about 20 minutes later, pizza time. Pizza Hut is a bit expensive in my opinion. The biggest and cheapest pizza is $ 10 (the big New Yorker). It’s not bad but defiantly not the best you can get from there. Pizza Hut has the reputation of taking forever when you choose delivery. It’s better to just go there and wait 20 minutes compared to 50 minutes and $ 3 – 5 more in cost. All-​in-​all these guys are pretty efficient.

When I ordered two medium pizza and a cinnamon sticks with drinks, it came late because they had to remake the cinnamon sticks. Maybe because of that, when I got the pizza it was so gooey that I couldn’t even eat it. When I called to let them know that I didn’t want another order because if the fear of someone spitting in my food for complaining. They simply refunded me the money and took the pizza back. They do have a great customer service but… The cook…

This pizza hut is fairly close to home so it’s convenient. You never know what kind of service you are going to encounter when you walk in here. Some days they are very friendly and others you don’t know if they got off the wrong side of the bed or some jerk was just not nice to them.
Service is fairly quick I can order my pizza then walk over to Don Quijote or Foodland for a bit and by the time I come back it is ready to go.
There is a lot of parking available you never have to worry about not finding parking.

Same as all the other Pizza Huts… All I been ordering for the last 2 years is the Big New Yorker though. Anything else and I’d go broke. 2 Big New Yorkers for 20 bucks and change – can’t go wrong.
This branch… or location… or whatever you call it… I had to write a review. The last two times I came here, my pizza wasn’t ready for pickup by the 15 minutes that they told me on the phone. This one time… must’ve been about 2 – 3 months ago… I remember it was a Wednesday night… I waited another 20 minutes AFTER I got to the restuarant for my pizza to be ready! I should’ve complained, but I’m too Asian, so I bit my tongue and just told myself I’d go Papa Johns from then on. Stupid me, I came back.
This time was better though… I come here choke, though, so if I get 5 consecutive good visits, I’ll come back and Unilocal another star to Pizza Hut. Until then, they get 3.

This Pizza hut is conveniently located next to Don Quijote, Pearl City. The pizza is the same, made fresh like any pizza hut. There’s no room for eat-​in. It’s a carry-​out pizza hut only.
Since Don Quijote and Foodland are right next door, it’s so convenient to order, then shop, then pick up your order to take home, or eat at the dining area in the front of Don Quijote.
Chicken pizza w/​spinach & mushrooms & stuffed crust — 4 star — my family loves this pizza, but we like it hand-​tossed better. There’s just too much mozerella cheese in the crust.
Super supreme hand-​tossed pizza — 3 star — too oily and meaty for me, but the hand-​tossed crust is our favorite.
Service — 4 star — If you get a local man, he’s very nice, tolerant, and will tell you right away that your pizza will be ready in 15 minutes so you don’t have to wait there. I was taking so long to decide what to order, and he just stood there patiently waiting for me while I was changing my mind, and toleranting my kids when they started fighting and playing with the doorbell by stepping near the door to make it ring.
The place is really small, but at least it’s clean. It’s so cheap when you buy the literacy card that’s a two for one deal, or the coupon book they are currently selling for $ 5.
They are also one of the few pizza hut stores to accept the «family night» fundraiser forms.
