Great service every time and good food. They let my kids draw on the wall while were waiting for our food lol

This has got to be the poorest managed Dominos on island.
CHECK your entire order before letting the drivers leave. They’ve stiffed me out of marinera sides a few times (the kind you pay extra for) and other side items. The «manager» Sharese was rude and short with me when I called about my missing item (s), she didn’t apologize even after I mentioned it wasn’t the first time its happened. Just sent the driver with my side and a cash refund without tax but that’s okay. I threw the item away. If the manager was as unprofessional as she was over the phone, I wouldn’t trust the food she’d have sent out. I’ve filed a formal complaint with Dominos customer care, only because it seems to be a reoccurring thing that should be addressed.
Anyway I’ve had to switch to Papa Johns so thank you for the horrible service and making me take my business elsewhere. Their pizza tastes better and they don’t forget to bring my ENTIRE order.

I like Domino’s; from their bread/​pasta bowls to their pizza. I have not had their wings so cannot comment on that but I can say that I have never experienced any issues with this location. As a matter of fact one of the girls that work’s there put me onto the app where the special was 50% off a specialty pizza. She didn’t have to say anything, but she did and saved me around $ 20. This place is cool with me.

Clean restaurant, clean work areas, friendly staff, helpful staff. Am repeat customer as the whole experience has always been on point.

I have two photos posted on this Unilocal.As you can see from the coupon there is some confusion not on my part but on printing the coupon stated large 3 topping (DELIVERED TO YOUR BUSINESS) $ 9.99 now this seems like a blessing due to the fact I can’t just up and leave my store at the moment but however after ordering my two pizza I was told a total that had 5 dollars extra! I questioned it and they said it’s a delivery fee! So I told them I would walk there and they said ok but the coupons only good for delivery! So I then informed her that her coupon was wrong and that it doesn’t clearly state that there’s a delivery fee!

I ordered a Large Alfredo with chicken, garlic and spinach pizza from them using the domino’s ap. The ap let me know when the pizza was ready. So once I got the notice that my pizza was ready I went to the store to pick it up. The girl behind the counter tells me that it isn’t ready. I say to her that their ap must be wrong then because it shows that it is ready. She then walks by the oven and proceeded to prep my pizza for pick up. When I got the pizza home I opened the box the pizza was so badly burnt that it wasn’t even fit to give to my dogs much less my children. Very bad customer service. I would complain but I don’t think management would care.

Pizza is NOT my thing but after seeing a BuzzFeed YouTube video of «the best take-​out pizza» which ranked Domino’s NEW recipe pizza over Pizza Hut, I knew I had to try it!
I love their online ordering, which has special promotions & is super easy to use. It let’s you track your order as it is being made. In the past week I’ve order 3 times from here and each time, my order was hot & ready by the time I arrived for pick-​up! For my family, we got the 2 medium 2 topping pizzas ($ 5.99 each), for a party I picked up a large pepperoni pizza ($ 12.99) and for my family again this weekend we got another 2 medium 2 topping pizza! Unlike most take-​out pizza that taste like cardboard and make you leave the crust, Domino’s crust is soft, chewy and garlic-​y!!! I actually look forward to the crust!
This location has lots of seating, TV’s for sports and is very clean. Their parking lot is shared with numerous other stores but I have never had difficulty finding parking. The service is pretty friendly but all 3 times I had to ASK for Parmesan packets just FYI. For someone like me who doesn’t like Pizza, Domino’s has converted me (:

I took my son in and got a small pizza. Everyone was really friendly and started doing tricks with the dough. Than they took my son and let him make his own pizza! That was a huge surprise and he was so happy!!!

The pizzas itself are fine when the order is correct. Just make sure you check your receipt and your change.

Pearl City (Kuala Street) location is always great… fast service and friendly staff. The only problem with going there during the day or over the weekend is the parking. In the past couple years I’ve revisited Domino’s and I must say they are much better than Pizza Hut (my opinion!)

Good for last minute dinner for the family, just get the app and order. Fast and easy! Love it and always taste good, don’t break the bank.

So apparently if they mess up your order you get put in the back of the line our pizza comes missing a piece called them and they stated that a new pizza will be made. Called at 7:53 about the mess up still no word by 8:33 I decide to call, manager states the driver decided to take the other order first… Not sure how that makes sense, I’m upset and to make it worst Manager states with an attitude «well I fixed the problem and had your order remade»… That’s not really the point the problem is the order came messed up in the first place and now we are waiting an extra 40 minutes for our dinner. If only the customer service was as good as the food it would make this establishment flourish.

Of of the worst Domino’s on the island. They have consistently screwed up my order or forgotten things. The sandwiches are not made well at all and there was barely any chicken on it. I like dominos a lot but definitely will NOT BE coming back to this store.

Manager, DAmir, would not honor the 5.99 pizza coupon special that was applied to my order. He says it excluded hawaii. I looked all over the website for the fine print. There was no fine print. I offered him my iPad to show me where it said it excluded Hawaii. He refused. I told him it was false advertising, he told me to sue dominos. I was more upset because I had to drive almost 15 min. To pick up the pizza.
I am a person of principle, you advertise a deal, you honor the deal.
Pizza wasn’t as good as some people say. The pepperoni topping and extra cheese was skimpy. Although my spinach and mushroom pizza had enough toppings.
This is the last time I will be a customer at dominos. E

Chicken Alfredo Bread Bowls = Yuuuuum!
If you’re looking for that all in one package between pizza and pasta, dominos is the place to be. They offer all different types of bread bowls with pasta options. My favorite happens to be the chicken Alfredo, and it has never failed me.
The wait here was about 15 minutes (like the cashier said) and the service was nice and willing to answer questions :) also, the interior of this dominos is super modern compared to other dominos on the island.
Food: Goooood. The bread was cooked to perfection and went so good with the hot chicken Alfredo on the inside. For $ 6.99 breadbowl is always worth it and never fails to fill me up!

Horrible customer service, that’s why this place won’t last, I called to make an order for delivery asked the young man who answered if they delivered to Aiea he told me no they don’t. So I told him funny I’ve seen your delivery cars in Aiea, he then proceeded to say oh where in Aiea. At that point being very frustrated I hung up. They will not be getting my business any time soon and I shall spread the word. Horrible horrible horrible!!!

I understand that this is a new dominoes and it shouldn’t be blamed for small mistakes. So i rated it based on taste. So I ordered the pizza online and used a coupon for $ 19.99 on a large 1 topping pizza and a pasta breadbowl, added on a $ 6.99 32 piece bread bites and $ 0.69 jalapeños. Came out to $ 32 with the driver fee and tax. Didn’t take very long, less then 20mins. Driver called me to the front door, had me sign a receipt, and as soon as I turned to leave I saw him look pretty bummed I didn’t tip him, I figured since I was charged $ 3 driver fee, I didn’t have to tip him. I didn’t bring any cash with me, so it couldn’t be helped. He didn’t say «Thank you» or anything, just left. Working as a cab, I understand all too well driving around all the time and trying to do my best to get that extra tip if possible, but I am kind to everyone, tip or not, always treat customers as best you can, so you can earn more revenue from them later on. So I went back upstairs with my three boxes. Told everyone pizza was here and started on the bread bites, now the bites themselves were pretty good, pretty much just got full on the bites alone, one major thing that bothered me alot was they didn’t strain the oil from the fryer very well, the whole bottom of the box was soaked in oil, there was so much oil leftover, there were small pools of oil. They tried to counter this with a single sheet between the box and the bites, but it wasn’t even covering the whole bottom of the box, it was only covering half cause the sheet shifted when they put the bites in the box, it leaked through the box and got on the table. Went to go for a slice of pizza, since I had room for one, was looking for the jalapeños I had paid for, but quickly found out they forgot about it. It was too late now to call them, so whatever. Pizza was alright, nothing special. Couldn’t start on the pasta bowl, but it looked good. I’d say give it a few months for them to get into the rhythm of the business, before I try again.

Dominos is literally the best option for pizza if you do it right and whoever is making it puts time and effort into it. I’ve gotten some okay pizzas… But the rest were really good.
IF you wanna make a good pizza try this:
Alfredo white sauce instead of red sauce
Extra cheese
Chicken
Bacon (extra if your about it)
Pineapple
Black olives
Sliced tomatoes
A medium hand tossed pizza shouldn’t cost over 20 bucks so its definitely worth it! And if your feeling fancy add feta cheese and spinach to it, garlic goes well too. Its a shame they don’t have pesto.

First thing I like about this place is the time it always take for them to make carry out pizza has never been more then 15 minutes. Also not as oily as Pizza Hut. One of the best things is that they offer gluten free dough also. Since I was diabetic it is a huge plus for me. I can still enjoy a slice of pizza every now and then. Parking is great. Huge private parking lot. I really like the sweet mango habanero dip sauce for the chicken wings. Their cheesy bread was really good and not excessively oily and was nice and fluffy. Glad that they finally opened a location in Pearl City. This location also has indoor seating and TV’s to watch if you want to fine in.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced. The first time I went to Dominos they messed up my entire order (wrong pizza size, toppings, etc.). I decided to return & yet AGAIN a messed up order. I called in the order for pick-​up, I get there to pick it up & they have no record of my order… Instead of apologizing for the mix up they begin to accuse me of calling the wrong dominos, then proceed to say that «they could be cooking my order while we’re talking». The sass continues from numerous workers and still no apology. After all of the confusion I still decide to place my order and wait for it to be cooked. While I’m waiting I get a call from my house saying that dominos delivered to my house!!! I calmly tell them the situation and that I should get an apology and a refund (because I already paid for both orders of pizza now). Instead the person (tall haole man, who I believe is the owner) gets very loud and defensive blabbering that «they’ve taken 1000 orders today and this is the first one they messed up… & it doesn’t matter that the orders got mixed up & that they shouldn’t be getting grief for pizza». My father then says «it doesn’t matter if it’s the 1000^th order». & the dominos worker yells «fuck you asshole… get the fuck out of my store… take your money and get the fuck out of here… blah blah blah» (while also taking his hat off intending he wants to get physical)

long story short… it was so bad it was kinda hysterical. what a shit show for a restaurant
