I been here lots of times the cashier name Jessy is def and he doesn’t wash his hands before making a sandwich. Even the other workers it is like they want to read your lips. they don’t provide good service to people with disabilities. Dont come there all the sandwiches are not ready at all the time of the day!

This Subway is located inside the Leeward Community College campus cafeteria. It can get very busy during lunch hours but the employees are pretty good at keeping things moving.

The only nice thing about this place is the woman usually at the register. I would give this place one-star if not for her. Usually out of something towards the end of the week. No sense of customer service. My friend actually got yelled at by one of the girls making his sandwich. When is that ever appropriate. This place blows.

THEYDESERVEZEROSTARS. RUDERUDERUDE. ZEROCUSTOMERSERVICE. I DONTKNOWWHATISUPWITHTHEWOMENHEREBUTTHEYAREALWAYSRUDE! They dont wear name tags either, so I dont exactly know who was rude to me. The employee was obviously a college student and she asked what kind of sauce I wanted, I said honey mustard and she grabbed it. I told her no veggies, then she once again asked what sauce? And I said honey mustard, once again and she replied with«ugh, thats what I said!» I understand i’m not eating at a five star restaurant, but I expect to be respected!

Yes, the food is typical Subway stuff but the franchise owner is very helpful and pleasant and tries her best to promote similar attitudes in her employees. Long lines during peak times, as is the case in every Subway. Cookies tend to run out by early afternoon but enough bread is baked to last until their 6:00 closing time(M-Th).

I might be bias again here. I often say hi to the store manager and she is a very nice lady and she really offers good customer service. Her employees though are overall really friendly. Some seem to be kinda off but otherwise a good bunch of people. One guy even tried to sell me cookies at a really cheap price because they were closing and they didn’t want it to go to waste. Now I was really tempted to just give 3 stars since it’s just a subway and they are all pretty much the same. BUT, since they are open longer than the café at the school and that I come to recognize the employees to form in my mind some type of connection thanks to time and familiarity, sorry for the wordiness. I should say since I’m a regular lol. I actually just realized I’m a regular as I write this review haha. SO! Since I am a regular and the food is okay but the service nice and friendly I do give them 4 stars. Munch on!!!

I work on campus every day, so I frequent this Subway at least 10 times a month. I have had consistently great service, both with the staff and the food. I think that opening a new restaurant and starting out with almost 100% new employees does pose a challenge, when it comes to unique situations, like substitutions of product or changes with gift cards. I love the flatbread especially!

Maybe I’m lucky, but I’ve never had to wait very long for my sandwiches, unlike the person in the first report. Maybe things have gotten better since then. Perhaps there are more workers now. I’ve been getting my sandwich quickly, even at peak hours. The food is great, and what’s really terrific is that they stay open later than the cafeteria. So not only are there more options during breakfast and lunch(yes, they have breakfast sandwiches), but they’re open in the afternoon. When I get out of class after 1:00 pm, I can still get a hot lunch. I’m also glad that they accept coupons. I recently used a «buy one six-inch, get one free» coupon, and got my $ 4 Meatball sub with a free $ 4 ham-and-turkey, so I basically got a foot-long for $ 4.

I was SOSOHAPPY to find out that a Subway was going to be opened at my work place(Leeward Community College). Now that is finally there, I eat there almost everyday. The prices are about right(sucks that we dont have 5 dollar foot longs), but the wait is horrendous! I know they JUST opened, but if you are working in a school cafeteria with students crunching their time in between classes, you might wanna move a little faster. Everyday(no matter what time) there is at least 3 people ahead of me in line ALWAYS and usually takes about 15 minutes to actually get my sandwich. ANDITSONLYSUMMER! Can you picture how long it will take during the actual school year? Lets work on that Subway and maybe you guys can get 5 stars from me next time =]. DONTLETMEDOWN! FATBOYSGOTTAEATONTIME!
