These people were outstanding and performed impeccably in an emergency situation. Their service technician was very prompt and professional and remained calm while performing her tasks. My mother had fallen inside of her apartment and there was no key for the top lock. The locksmith arrived within minutes of the initial call and went right to work trying to pick the lock before ultimately having to drill the lock out. She quite literally saved my mothers life, who had been on the floor for at least two days. I cant thank this place enough for helping us get to my mother and get her the medical help she needed. Bottom line, if you need anything done to secure or gain entry into anywhere, these are the people for the job. They have a customer for life with me and should be your first and only choice for a locksmith.
