Although we were able to haggle for an appropriately priced coffee table with Ginger (who does really work for you!), the rest of the customer service is terrible. Many pieces are broken and mismatched-​which one would expect for an outlet… Yet these same pieces are marked retail cost! I asked if I could take home the scuffed up, scratched dining room set for an appropriate price… Sales associate returned immediately stating that there were seven others in the back and therefore floor model could not have been sold and the cost would remain way above $ 700 as marked for the flimsy quality table. Then he turned and walked away!!! Appalled. Lack of quality and service-​save your gas

I thought this place was kind of a joke. I drove almost 2 hours and found nothing! Almost all of the furniture is broken or really damaged and they are still charging a lot. I wanted this certain ottoman. They had about 7 – 8 in the store. 2 – 3 of them were VERY damaged but they had about 4 – 5 that weren’t. One of them was priced at $ 99 but it had a SOLD sign on it so I asked the sales lady if I could have the other identical ottoman for the same price. She said no because this ottoman was priced at $ 245. I told her they were identical so I don’t see why I can’t have it for $ 99. She checked with her manager and he said he would only sell it to me for $ 245 and that the other IDENTICAL ottoman was probably part of a promotion or something! Probably BS! Then he explained that he doesn’t even know why that $ 99 ottoman was still there bc the people were supposed to pick it up back in May. I asked him if I could go ahead and pay for it and he still denied me! He just wouldn’t admit that he priced the item wrong and that he’s guilty of false advertisement. I would never pay the $ 245 because the ottomans were thrown around the store. Stacked (unwrapped) on top of each other, two were upside down and all of the legs were wobbly and or broken! This is NOT an outlet store!!! It’s a broken/​damaged furniture store with high prices!!!

The warehouse is HUGE!!! Living room sets, dining tables, mattresses, rugs, bedroom sets! They have a huge selection and are open till 9pm Friday Saturday and Monday and closes Sundays at 6. Weird hours but if you have time on the weekend, def. check it out!

So not happy! Drove an hour and a half for nothing. Service was bad the lady that greeted us if you want to call it that, didn’t listen to what we were looking for showed us damaged furniture and on one of the pieces the wood didn’t match. Then when we reiterated what we were looking for she didn’t offer to look for, or possibly order it. Showroom is small, and instead of saying outlet store it should say damaged, or bang and dent. Added to that the prices are ridiculously high. No discount on it. I have a lot of furniture from rooms to go and now I am so disappointed for so many reasons. Ashly furniture is now my go to place =(
