My beautician, Gail is excellent with hair. She really knows how to transform your trashy hair into some work of art; literally. I swear, I’ve been to some beauticians in the past that would flat-iron my hair with heavy grease and leave my hair feeling like buttery pancakes, but Gail oh no she is way different. I didn’t decide one day, «hey, I’m going to cut out my perm and go natural!» See, my hair is super natural; it hasn’t been altered since I was born meaning I’ve never put any chemicals in it; it’s never been permed before even though I received a lot of pressure from other beauticians in the past about it. I absolutely didn’t receive any from Gail. She literally accepted my hair for what it was. I don’t know how she does it, but she add little grease and makes my hair look like something it never looked before. Its not greasy or messy feeling; my scalp doesn’t come out all itchy and burnt feeling because the amount of heat. It just comes out looking silky smooth; I like to whip my hair back and forth like Willow Smith say. I swear I look so good when I come from her shop; and I feel so sexy too. Now, I don’t visit Gail as often as I should because its pretty difficult to maintain cute flowing hair if I exercise often and my hair sweat excessively because of it; I’m always outside and always around moisture especially with Houston’s random weather forecast and extreme humidity. Also, me being a college student and not having money coming out of ears; I just can’t afford the $ 75 treatment my hair needs(that’s for virgin natural hair); so, most of the time I pass up the opportunity to stop by. I learned that if you want gorgeous hair; you will need dollar bills to cover the expense. I believe, its a lot cheaper if you have permed hair though. Although, when I do have the cash flow I stop by; if I visiting my family in the sip. I most definitely have to stop by or if I just wanna stop looking any kind of way I slip in. Come check Gail out; she is A+; and I am so glad my aunt introduced me to her.
