The people here are really nice and helped me. I got cute $ 4 dollar sunglasses and a guess bracelet that was $ 5 or $ 6, don’t really remember, good price if you ask me. When I entered the store they showed me a list of items that where not on sale. WTF nearly all the merchandise was on that list. I was just looking at what they sold there and I say it look like a fancy goodwill. My experiance was great but I would say some things where over priced. The store was clean and quite organized. I will be going sometime soon again or when ever I can.

I had called ahead to the store to see what types of items they were taking and so I can’t say I wasn’t totally surprised at the small amount of items that they were interested in. What surprises me is that looking around the store the store seem to be filled with old outdated clothing and dirty shoes. Maybe if they would get rid of the old stuff in their store they would have room for the new never worn items that I brought into the store with tags that they opted not to take. Payout was also the worst I’ve ever experienced at a Plato’s closet. I know they use a computer system but two pair of women’s sneakers and two pair of men’s sneakers one dress and three workout tops should get me more than $ 24. Especially considering the mark up I saw on the old or outdated stuff in the store.

Love the shoe and men department. We always leave with fancy name prices for a great deal. Female clothing ranges from small to about 18. The male sections has ton of aramni and other name brands. This by far the most organized and clean Platos I have been in. Love it.

The video as you so openly display, never shows any representative, greeting and or asking if I needed assistance throughout the duration I was there. The conversation I which I had with the owner was that of, I continuously saw primarily the owner continuously monitoring me through fought the store. I would love to see a video that captures where you were and what you were observing during the duration of my time in the store. The angle in which this video is captured is only showing a subjective view of me shopping, however does not display where you the owner where located and continuously observing me which is primarily my grievance. I would love to see a comparison of how many times you looked in my direction as I shopped.
As a Christian mother and a educator, I literally prayed that I was wrong in assuming you were observing me. After the third or fourth time I witnessed you yet again checking my purse and my location I could no longer help but to ask. I was truly hoping that your response would be that of «no you are mistaken, I’m sorry you feel that way, is there anything I can help you look for» On the contrary your response was very aggressive and in explains that you did not recognize me and you had the
Right to look at anyone in your store you pleased. I could understand that also but what I didn’t understand or appreciate is your lack of courtesy on telling me that if I didn’t like it I could leave and that basically you did care for my business. That is what disappointed me given that I was excited to shop at your store and even more so when I saw clothing my husband could also enjoy. I was disappointed in your reaction and the fact that I felt as if I was continuously being observed by the owner Michael and treated so badly in being pointed to the door for simply asking a question. I do not nor will I ever apologize in expressions my concern and asking your thoughts on what I stated regarding being watched. When I first walked into the store three gentlemen quickly ran to the floor and I over looked that, but to then have you literally look at me non stop lol I know because I would feel someone watching me and I prayed that when I looked up I was wrong. Unfortunately when I looked up my eyes met yours on several occasions. I will not apologize for telling my truth. Again I am still very disappointed in the experience I received, I’m just not sure what I did to deserve to be told that if I didn’t like something I could leave. I mean my goodness, I could even imagine the alternative of you having one of your other representatives to offer to help me with anything or answer any questions I had… That didn’t happen… I was aggressively responded to and primarily told I could leave. Regardless of how you feel I was wrong in voicing my experience, I feel it was the right thing to do. What exactly was I going to steal in my expensive Michael Kors purse? Lol my goodness and then with my child. I have no ill will toward you, as a Christian and a African American woman I was truly saddened and frustrated by the experience I received while on my vacation from teaching and browsing for items for vacation. I do not wish to «battle» or go back I forth with you all. The bottom line is I spoke my truth and my experience. If you disagree that’s your choice at the end of the day I know the hurt and confusion and embarrassment I felt that afternoon… God bless you I pray that you all are working on how you treat each customer from every socio economic and cultural background in the future. god bless you all, I can’t judge anyone I can only stand on my truth and pray about the rest.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I passed by this store and I decided to give it a try. These ladies are terribly rude. First they take their sweet time getting to you when it’s only two people in the store, TWO PEOPLE! Then, they talk about whatever you bring in front of you. The lady who picked my clothes was VERY PICKY. I had summer clothes but since they weren’t «top notch designer clothes» she wouldn’t take them. After I gave a bin full of stuff she only picked two items. She said the only reason she was picking my shoes because they where coach. SO RUDE. You don’t say stuff like that in front of customers. Also when they ring you up I felt really rushed. I will never in my life come back to this store ever again!!! Wish I can give a negative 25! Horrible employees and service DONT GO HERE!

Don’t waste your time to buy or sale them anything extremely rude people. And talk trash about people stuff !

Way overpriced! Most of the hoodies were $ 25 and then old tees were $ 10 – 12 for cheap brands. They were trying to sell old faded VS Pink yoga pants for $ 15-​$ 18. Not worth it here, I’ll stick to the memorial city one, much better quality and prices.

I drove by and noticed the stored. I took my daughter to sell some of her clothes. The store wasn’t open to shoppers only to seller because their grand opening is set for 11.28.2014.
I like the store layout, location, and products. They were still stocking the store. They purchased 21 items from my daughter for $ 50ish bucks! Not bad. My daughter was very happy. I will definitely be back to shop and sell.
The store owner or manager did state they were looking to buy teen clothes, accessories, shoes, and handbags.
