I always order to-​go, don’t have much to complain about the food. I love their wings, the only thing about this place is their to-​go person. Coming here every so often I am familiar with her voice when I call to place an order. Last time I called she had the audacity to put me on hold while I was continuing to tell her my order. Very rude! When I got there to pick up my order she didn’t even put in my order correctly. I had to order a separate order of fries because she didn’t add it to my original order. Paid full price instead of the half price they offer you when you add them to a meal. Then I noticed I didn’t get the extra ranch I ordered while on the phone. Good thing one of the gentleman’s there noticed I wasn’t satisfied & ran to the back to get me extra without any charge. The to-​go girl just stood there and didn’t do jack!

This place is awful!!! While we sat waiting for our drinks food silverware to go box everything we had to watch almost the entire wait staff AND the manager stand around socializing. Meanwhile tables all around us were dirty! The table behind is sat dirty the entire time we were here! We had to ask continuously for refills. But when the bill came she came back 2 more times asking if I was ready to pay! Really!
Ugh! I hate this place! Brewings if you read this you need to clean up the staff and the management! Surly your can’t be making money!

If I could give this place a zero I would.
Tonight my husband, son, and myself went for dinner. After waiting a while for cheese sticks we placed our food order. Our waitress brought my son and husband their food and said she would be right back with my wings… Almost 15 mins later (after my son and husband were almost done eating) our waitress brings out my wings. When I told her I would rather they keep them and take them off my bill as my husband and son were almost finished she seemed annoyed and told me I could take them home. This defeats the purpose of eating dinner with my family.
No worries though if you have a problem management won’t bother to apologize or address the problem.
This is the last time I will waste my time with this place. Management was terrible over a year ago and tonight we tried giving them a second chance but some things never change.

Okay, the only reason this place get a 1 star review from me is because it won’t allow me to give a 0 or negative review! Where to start, I’ve given this place several chances and every time I’m disappointed! The food has been terrible at best every time I go in there the last time the wings were still frozen. When I informed the manager he said he could warm them up for me then walked off. The fried pickles were about as terrible though palatable. When they say fried pickle they mean it! It was just that a pickle that had been deep fried! No batter no seasoning nothing just a jumbo pickle that had been thrown in the grease! Attempted 3 times to enjoy this place never again!

Popped in for lunch today. Tried the new Sriracha Orange sauce on boneless wings, it was really good! Service was really good, I will be back!

Okay, time for a review. My wife and I have been here three times and this last time… was the last. The food is bland, marginal at best and if the manager does a social visit to pitch
” We make our own Ranch dressing here !” — be scared — Ranch? it wasn’t good anyway… too runny, you can do better with buttermilk and a spice packet. The service is a problem-​forgetting everything e.g. flatware, tea and… even your check… we waited 25 min for that. Problem… it’s the big screens and the distractions they cause the staff, for they can be seen holding platters of food staring at the penalty kick.

This place had better service when it first opened. It was a matter of time before quality went out the window.
Hostesses do not greet you. When you walk in, you almost have to walk up to them at the podium to ask for a table. They’re distracted by talking.
Waitstaff is not attentive. We had to ask for plates, silverware, ketchup — and a bag to carry ‘to go’ food.
This place really isn’t worth the hassle. Don’t try to order takeout bc your food will be cold and overfried, as other Unilocalers have stated (it’s true).

I like the boudin balls and fries. The wing flavors are great. The only reason why I don’t give them 4 stars is because for some reason, my wings come out cold. This has happened a few times now.

I had a chili cheese fry basket with 8 original hot wings. Cheese looked alittle cheap and the wings were all broken so it was a bit uncomfortable to eat. The food tasted ok, not great. I gave this place 3 stars because I found the waitress to be very helpful.

Ordered wings for pick up… huge mistake! Wings were cold, fries were hard and fried mushrooms were soggy. Called to complain to management but told I had to call back in the morning to speak with manager.

Don’t bother going, the wings are VERY over fried, the wings are drenched in butter without wing sauce, the beer is cool not cold, and at times it’s just too loud. It’s just a mile away from my home, but I’d rather go to another wing place 8 miles away.

I hate to give this place 3 stars but to go is horrible! Every time I order from this place they always forget something from my order. The last time I order here they said it would be ready in 15 – 20 minutes, so when I was ready to pick it up, it wasn’t in the system that I have placed my order. So I’m guessing the girl never put it in. Another thing is the wings are super small every single time! But the positive side is eating in is a different story, they are always nice and food comes out great! This place would get 5 stars if to go orders weren’t so horrible!

Went here for lunch around 1:30, so the lunch croud had already came and gone. There service was terrible, we had I walk over the the lady in front to go get our waitress. Then once we got our food it was burnt. They did wind up giving us another plate, however they weren’t very apologetic about it either. The location at Baybrook is allot better.

Good food and awesome place to watch sports/​fights. The staff is nice and the prices are resonable. They only have Dr Pepper and Pepsi products for soft drinks but that shouldn’t matter unless you’re a die hard coke drinker. I will be back soon!
