This place is around the corner from where we live and my kids for some unknown reason love BK’s burgers. I personally think they suck. But, the visit today will be the last at this location. The majority of our order was wrong. The three burgers were not prepared as requested(we got them their way not ours), a side salad wasn’t put in the bad, the fries were cold and the fry containers were half full my wife’s chicken sandwich and the rest of the food tasted HORRIBLE. The burgers were not hot, the bread was soggy and they were coated with about a pound of mayo and a bunch of brown wilted lettuce. If you want a decent fast food burger I would suggest going to What-a-Burger just down the street. Their food is fresh, you are greeted with a smile and you get it the way you order it. What a concept! This visit was so bad I called BK corporate and complained. I hope they close this location down and bulldoze it so something worthwhile can be built in it’s place.

I came to this place with my daughter around 9:30am for breakfast. Normally I love a croissanwich and I thought my little one would love a place to play at breakfast. The place was empty except for the workers. The two employees behind the counter were unfriendly. By that, I don’t mean that I lacked a greeting(although I did not get one), but when I and my 2 year old smiled at them, we did not get a friendly response in return! We got our order and went to sit in the play area, which was buzzing with flies, had no air circulating and very minimal cleanliness. The play equipment was also unclean with trash strewn about inside. Besides the environment, the food quality was not a high point. 3 words, tasteless, rubbery, and appeared old. Needless to say I did not spend more time than 20 minutes in this place. In the future, I will take a hint from no customers in the area and stay away. When searching for quick fast food breakfast, I will choose McDonalds next time, no question. The thing is really, I was not expecting anything spectacular from a burger king, yet I still managed to be surprised at the quality of this establishment.
