This place is the worst Wendy’s and I would even say fast food establishment I have ever been to. If I could have gave this location a negative 5 stars I would. I live in the Pearland area and unfortunately this location is the closest one to us. So based on past good experiences eating at Wendy;s locations all over the U.S. we decided about a year ago to stop by this location to eat. That decision was a bad one because the food was cold, staff unprofessional, they were not taking cards that day and to compound the problem we left to get cash out of an ATM located a few blocks away and when we returned about five minutes later they handed us the same food they had made for us before we left to get cash. We thought this was an isolated incident but it was in fact a way of doing business for this location. We continued to go back to this location and very seldom food and service was good. Finally the last visit was the worst. We stop by this location on Wednesday night after church and ordered two meals and our passenger ordered a meal on a separate ticket. With only one other car in front of us who had been waiting so long they turned there car off. Once I got to the window Michelle, Mike, and Johnathan were just standing there with their backs to the window joking around, talking, playing on their phones, and have various conversation that were personal in nature. Mind you we still had not received our food yet. Once we finally got our food the entire order was all jacked up and they were so busy talking and playing they didn’t even remember to take payment for one of the orders. I pulled up and parked and spoke to the manager on duty who was the one joking and playing with Michelle. I explained my displeasure in the service and a respectful way and asked for the district managers contact info. He gave me a random number and never took responsibility for the poor service. He said they were training new people which is a lie because we have seen these same people at the window for several months. Stay away from this place !!! I know fast foodservice can be bad at times but this location is the worst and they take no pride in what they do.

Went for a quick meal tonight. First they charged me for totally the wrong order which turned into a huge ordeal because the cashier(Tianna) could only roll her eyes and didn’t care, acted like it was MY fault and I inconvenienced her… Ok… Got home and my one meal was completely wrong. Does pulled pork sandwich really get confused with a double bacon burger often or is it just these kids that can’t get anything right? Maybe if they weren’t all over each other and got to work we could accomplish something. Don’t even want to go back to get it fixed… Or ever for that matter. Nice job watching over your employees, management.

Newer location, good fast food for the money, and good wifi. I camped out at the barstools and got a lot of work done while down here for a business trip. Looks like it was remodeled since some of the other reviews. The place, while still fast food, deserves more stars than it had.

Worst Wendy’s ever! I came about 15 minutes before closing and the not only wouldn’t serve me but were very rude about it. Good customer service is serving the customer until closing, not shutting down 15 minutes early. Will not be going back!

This Wendy’s is closed down for now. It looks like the restaurant is being remodeled.

This particular location is a joke. Horrendous wait times when there are not even that many people. Don’t even go here during lunch time, you will be waiting an hour. Also for some reason this location always has some issues with their equipment. On one visit the register wasn’t working. Last time their credit card machine was down. Skip this place and go elsewhere…

Gotta update after our last visit. Unless you ¿Habla Español?, avoid the evening shift. Yes, it DOES bother me when the manager has to come over and translate simple orders like«NOONION» «NOMAYO» and hey, I know what«puta» means when the staff says it while making my order. At least the tables were clean.

If you want«Old Fashioned», then this is the outdated dig for you. Pearland scores only one Wendy’s and they haven’t updated it much since Reagan took office. The service was slow, but the food was fresh. Only one register was open to accommodate the Saturday noon crowd. So you can ’86 the request of condiments and refills. The furnishings were worn out and and had old stains. There were a few mosquitos swarming by as we ate our food. This place needs some major renovations and a generous shower of bleach and mosquito spray. With all these vacant spaces and new developments on the west-end of town, I hope we can get a new Wendy’s.

Kind of located out in no man’s land, this Wendy’s managed to at least get my order right. This is no small feat considering the trouble I’ve had getting a spicy chicken sandwich sans mayonnaise at other franchises of this chain and, as a special treat, it ended up tasting just as I expected(for better or worse). One note: Get your order to go or from the drive-thru! This place reeks of mildew.
