Complete disregard of people’s time. They scheduled me for a certain time and then somehow changed the time so I was «too late» to squeeze and stated they had to reschedule me. I told them I wasn’t rescheduling and showed them the email they sent me. To begin with, this was my third rescheduling since THEY rescheduled me because they did not have dentist hygienist for several months. I now will only be getting one cleaning under my dental policy allowed for the year vs 2 thanks to their incompetency. No longer will I waste my time here. I am changing my insurance to a higher rate just to go back to my old dentist.

Not giving any stars! Mischarges! Need 4 months to fix it, if I didn’t call the Credit Card company to dispute the charges they won’t fix it! Cancelling appointment, when I called back, they said will call me back, but never happened!
The front desk are rude!
Expensive!!!

UGH!!! Run away as quick as you can!!! This place is just a horror, if it’s the not substandard dental work, it’s the lack of consideration for your time, energy and money spent. If I had not had a$ 300.00 credit I would have NEVER RETURNED, this time to pick up a toothbrush, that they were suppose to call me when it arrived, well you know that didn’t happen! So I called they said «Oh they just arrived today, so my next day off, because they are closed by 6pm and weekends, which was two days later, they SOLD MY ALREADY PAID FOR toothbrush to someone else!!! I can’t, I, I just can’t …

I am petrified of the dentist. Dr. Knox, Tenia and Nikki made my and my daughter’s dental experience a pleasure. They were thorough, explained every move they were going to make, gentle and skillful. I’ve had fillings and deep cleanings but none ever went this well. I have found a new dentist!!!

Dr. Goodson is fantastic. She truly varied about my situation. The office staff has changed, and seems to have changed for the better. The dental assistants were very friendly and helpful. I greatly enjoyed my visit to the dentist this time where I did not previously. This location beats out any castle dental I’ve visited.
