This location is excellent if you are in this side of town… service is good… food is always fresh. i love the spicy chicken sandwich and the waffle fries. .also u gotta have some Polynesian sauce and chick filet sauce… the area is nice… so definitely will be back…

Alaways fresh and hot! Clean location and staff is very friendly! Only complaint is the drive thru always has a long line and it’s much faster to go inside. Every Texan loves chick-​fil-​a! Yummy!

Although this place is CRAZY busy, the employees are always nice! Our last visit we were told by the very sweet assistant manager all the different ways we can order their salads! I was unaware that you could order any of their chicken on any of their salads! I love the spicy chicken and hope that someday they will offer spicy nuggets and strips!

I’ve never had a complaint about chick-​fil-​a until now. They always are speedy and have the art of fast food and drive thru down to a science. They are always super efficient. Here’s my complaint, I ordered a #1, which is the original sandwich combo and my sandwich was salty as hell. My husband even complained. Whoever that heavy handed on the seasoning person is needs to be assigned another position. I barely could finish my food. Luckily my fries were bland and unsalted… almost balanced the equation.

This chic fil a is so awesome! They have some of the best customer service around! It is very clean and I don’t mind letting my kids play in the play area. The grilled spicy chicken sandwich is AWESOME!

Every time I go here I am pleased. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious! My son loves to play inside on the play thing. The workers are always super nice and respond to everything with «My Pleasure!» A great fast food experience!

It was crowded (as any other Chick-​fil-​A). But when I paid for my meal and was about to leave the counter to go to my table, someone already had my order ready. SUPER FAST! And RIGHT when I was done with my meal, someone came up to me and asked if she could take my trash, refill my drink, and give me a bag for my leftovers. I was VERY PLEASED with the service! Everyone was so nice.

Two times in a row, after getting orders ‘to go’ after work, we get home with missing food, that we paid for! It’s over 10 miles from our house, so driving back, across town and traffic, isn’t feasible. The second time my husband called the manager and explained. He offered to send us a coupon via the mail; that was 3 weeks ago and we haven’t received anything. Never had this problem with a Chick Fil A. We choose not to return to this one!

I don’t usually write reviews for fast food joints but WOW is this chic fil a great. My food was HOT, my sweet tea was made with the perfect amount of ice, the service was quick, and the staff was sooo friendly. I love this chic fil a. What a wonderfully run place!

By far the worst Chick-​fil-​a location. Save yourself the misery and drive a few more miles to another location. It’s dirty and the staff was all over the place. Had to get our food remade because it was so greasy.

If I eat fast food this is my go to place. They are consistently quick and friendly. Always order deluxe sandwich and chicken nugget kids meal. Comes out quick and fresh every time. Their ice cream is delicious too. Never disappointed at this location.

EXCELLENT service!!! I can’t remember when the last time was that I experienced such great hospitality/​customer service. I was told that I’d have to wait 3−4min. for a certain item… not a problem as I figured as much considering I’d stopped rather late at night and figured them to be closing soon. Well… not only were very apologetic (which that alone is rare to find… usually just told to pull up and your order will be out) they even went above and beyond by compensating me with a few freebies… WOW! Again, I’ve not seen nor experienced that type of service in years! They were SO incredibly nice from the start to finish. It was my first time at that location, but definitely not my last.

My usual order is the 8-​nugget meal with their Chic-​fil-​a sauce. Their lemonade and sweet tea are the best out of all the fast food restaurants. Prices are just a bit more expensive, but the quality of the food is worth the extra cha ching. The tuna sandwich is a good healthy choice. Customer service is always great! it’s as though their employees love being there, which is a rare scenario for fast food chains.
