Taco Bell

I often wonder how people get bad reviews to fast food franchises. I mean it’s all supposed to be the same right? The same products, same procedures, same packaging etc.
I have come here several times and every time it’s bad. This last trip was the worst of them all. I only had two cars in front of me in the Drive-​Thru, but I waited over 20 minutes for my food. When I did get the food it was not only cold but most of my order was the wrong order. I had ordered some cheesy burritos and there wasn’t even any cheese. The Fritos I’m my burrito were soggy. This is not due to the length of the drive home either since we ate immediately. There was no way I was going thru the drive thru again for another 30 min! I’m not sure what was really going on in the drive thru but the guy at the window just kind of looked at me and Shrugged. No apologies or anything. It seems to kind of be standard here. I always seem to be in line for a long time and the food doesn’t seem to be as fresh or as good as other Taco Bells. I probably won’t come back to this place unless I’m absolutely starving.
