The food is always tastes good, but I’ve been to a few locations. About a third of the time, they get my order wrong. I’ve been to this location before when I lived nearby a couple of years ago. Things have gone down hill. Half the drink options were greyed out. When I talked to the clerk, he said they’re usually out of drinks every day. He wasn’t belligerent, just matter of fact. He gave me a refund on the drink and was very polite, but seriously – out of many flavors of drink every day? There was also an odd smell next to the drink station as if something wasn’t clean. I won’t be returning anytime soon, despite decent food and polite service.

I visited this location on May 2. I was dining alone and had heard my daughter talk about this place favorably. I filled out my bag and was about to pay when I noticed a sign on the register informing customers that they were out of lettuce. When I questioned this, the worker just shrugged and said they ran out about an hour ago. This is a place that serves tacos, burritos, and burrito bowls, all of which require lettuce. There was no apology. There is a Walmart just across the road and a Kroger a little further, so I asked why they hadn’t sent someone out for some. No response. I told them to throw out the bag, and I went and ate elsewhere. I can assure you that I will never return to this location.

I love the food here but the sad part is they never get my order right. I ordered a bowl today and payed extra for guacamole, but of course when I got home there was none. We have spoken to the manager but it continues to happen.

Wish they would have stayed open until their sign said they were going to stay open. Normally they are ok but geez… on to Chipotle who are open right now :) thanks for nothing.

Three couples in the place and they give me the wrong order. They spent most of there time talking to each other in Spanish and playing with the kids in the kitchen. Foods not bad.

It doesn’t get much better than Bullritos for fast food! Fresh, quick, and tasty. I love the easy ordering system by checking boxes on a bag. Lots of options to get your order just the way you want it.

It wasn’t too bad. It was pretty clean and they were fast. The food was good but I don’t think it was enough for the price I paid. I wouldn’t mind going back but it’s not exactly a place I’d run back to.

Slow… Waited 30 minutes for my order and they were rude when I asked about it.

Haven’t been to one of these for a while but I didn’t want another burger place, and was willing to try a it in a new location. After getting my food I was very surprised at how good the food was! The Carne Guisada was the best and was made to perfection. I usually don’t leave such great reviews but this place has earned my business I plan to visit again soon. Thank you.

NEVER again! I have been a regular customer here for almost two years but my last experience was so bad, that I’m done with this place. Apparently they no longer do kids’ nachos, which we weren’t told until we were rung up. Then, we realized that we were charged extra for chips(which we didn’t get). We were told that if you ordered nachos there was a 99 cent extra charge. The manager was extremely rude. We ended up getting a refund, but were never apologized to. I came home(without eating) and posted my negative experience on the Bullritos Facebook page. A couple of days later, I got a response stating ‘We’re sorry for your horribull experience, blah blah blah contact us blah blah blah’. HorriBULL? Seriously?! That really set me off… I understand it’s corporate branding and they use ‘bull’ whenever possible in their wording, but you do NOT use cutesy catchphrases in a response to an upset customer. So, I sent an email to corporate to complain about the poor service. Not only did I not get a response, the Facebook complaint I made was deleted. Yeah, I’m done with this place.

I like a good Bullritos nachos bowl now and then, but I will not get it from this location anymore. The first time, they forgot to put nachos in my nachos bowl. After that, they forgot my LG queso. I usually go to the NASA Pkwy location and they are nicer and more professional there. Here, not so much.

I ate there again last night and got a spinach burrito. Pretty good. The cilantro ranch is delicious. While chipotle is better, there isn’t one close – and this is not a large step down. I’ll be back.

This place is not my favorite. I tried a chicken burrito with the spinach tortilla. I really liked the tortilla but the the chicken was very salty. I generally have a really hard time telling if anything is overly salty but you can definitely tell here. The food is a bit pricey as well. I don’t think I would ever make a trip back.

The first time I went, I bit into my taco and liked it but it wasn’t what I ordered. If I didn’t like it, I would of gotten angry but it worked it their favor. We’ve been 2x since then and I always check inside my meal now to make sure I have what I ordered. Til this day, I wonder if my first visit was an intentional misup? Anyways, I enjoy the food but the price is a little pricey for what you get. I can go somewhere else and order a hot plate for the same price. Maybe it’s the healthy menu choice that drive the price up.

I’ll up the ante on this place a little bit. Considering it’s something new in Pearland where before there was only a Jack in the Box, I’m pretty happy with what they’ve got going on. It’s clean, the food options all seem really fresh, the salsas are flavorful and they have a big selection in my opinion for vegetarians. The price seems fair, like $ 6 for a veggie burrito bowl that lasts for 2 meals. Also, they’re starting to add live music on their porch on the weekends, which I don’t think has happened in Pearland in perhaps ever.

I’m proud that I have an option to eat out at a place that isn’t a big national chain food restaurant here in Suburbia. Bullritos was pretty good. My little sister goes here so much that they practically know her by name(the kiddos have claimed it as a hangout spot from time to time apparently). And I know that they have live music sometimes, too. Their menu is very much like a Chipotle. Well, really, just like Chipotle. And you order by checking off what you want on a paper bag. My lil sis and I each got a burrito bowl and a small fountain drink which worked out to almost $ 20(A bit expensive methinks, but I guess I can blame it on inflation!) The bowl was good, but it didn’t blow me away. Could have used some more spices or something to give it a zing. But I saw that they have 1.99 rita’s for happy hour every day, I did not partake but it caught my attention!
