The unit Sec Nikki was really helpful and friendly, the nurse Sherell was so unbelievably sweet, Dr. Rice was really great and the blonde tech who took my dad’s vitals was really nice. Thank you for all your help. My dad feels better. And we will definitely be coming back there!

Always quick in and quick out. They have everything there so no need to go to specialist if your in absolute pain. Full MRI/​cat scan machine and everything. Very nice Dr’s and thier billing people are very nice and willing to help out in anyway they can. Go here everytime for illnesses to major issues. Great place, highly recommend

I’m not sure who paid these people to review this place but I wouldn’t even trust them to remove a splinter. I came in with my 4 year old who had a traumatic break in his arm. He was screaming in pain but still everyone moved slow as dirt and the doctor was very rude and unprofessional. They couldn’t help him but took their sweet time to get him an ambulance to a REAL medical facility. No heart and no quality here. NEVER bring your kids here.

I wish I could give this place 100 stars. I have been twice, once around 11:00 pm on a week night and once around lunch time on a Saturday. Both times I was in and out in record time. I couldn’t even complete my initial paperwork before they were calling me back to be treated.
On both occasions I was so impressed with quality of the care I received. You don’t get treated as you would at one of the large hospital ers… Like they’re just running you through to scratch you off the list. The personalized care I received made being at the ER about as pleasant as it can be. Staff is upbeat, friendly, knowledgeable and they all genuinely care.

Excellent and quick urgent care center! We showed up at 730pm on a Tuesday night when my kid cut through his finger and needed stitches. The lady at the front desk was very polite and handled the paperwork very quickly.
The nurse and doctor had great bedside manner and were friendly to both kids (one who was a patient, one who kept asking questions lol). The shots with the numbing medicine hurt and the doctor apologized!
We were in and out in a little more than an hour.

Went here one Friday night to have a red glass pony bead removed from a young child’s right nostril. (Arrrggh!) Our pediatrician was closed, but recommended this place above several others in the area. Several observations:
The doctor had a good manner with the kid. The bead was lodged WAY up the naris. It eventually took 2 nurses and me to hold kid still enough that the doctor could extract the bead, but she did it, and with what was, under the circumstances, minimal additional trauma.
They handled the insurance with no hassle, gave a nice courtesy follow up call later. Comfortable, well appointed waiting room where the rest of the family sat watch.
