CVS pharmacy

Pharmacy is not that great. They have messed up my children’s prescription several times. Once we received the ingredients to a medicine but it was not mixed. After taking it back, they mixed it but put the incorrect dosage instructions (liability issue anyone??)…Good thing I was actually listening to the doctor when he told me how much to give my child and when! Other times we have been charged for 3 prescriptions but only given 1. We are STILL waiting on a nebulizer which we have received calls saying was in but, once we arrived to pick it up, it was amazingly missing. I guess the take away for this is: CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE LEAVING AND MAKE SURE IT’S 1) YOUR MEDICINE 2) IT’S MIXED 3) THE DOSING INSTRUCTIONS ARE CORRECT 4) THEY ARE ONLY CHARGING YOU FOR WHAT YOU HAVE

I love this CVS! I’ve had several problems with the CVS near my home being out of the medication that I need. That CVS always has a long line of cars waiting in the drive through and when you go inside, the pharmacy people will ignore you. I’ve waited at the counter for several minutes before someone would decide to wait on me. That is not the case with this CVS. The pharmacy employees are always friendly and helpful here. I was out of town last weekend and needed to pick up some medication refills before the 31^st. I called this pharmacy and asked them to contact my doctor for refills and explained my urgency. No only did they contact my doctor, but they also worked with my daughter (who picked up my order) to help ensure that the medication was paid for by my insurance. I wish I knew the name of the wonderful person who helped me, but all I know is her initials are AS.
That was not the only time that the people at this pharmacy have helped me out. There have been a couple of other times when my local CVS let me down, so I’ve called this location and they’ve helped me out. I’ve come to rely on them a lot.
I will continue to drive the extra 10 minutes to Pearland to use this location.

Brought both my boys to get their passport pictures done and Luvivia was very helpful. She was courteous and understanding about taking a picture for a 6 month old (whom I placed in his car seat with his white baby’s blanket as a backdrop) and my 2 ½ year old. Keep up your great work ethics Luvivia!

Slowest worst service pharmacy ever. I stayed due to it being the closest but absolutely cant stand every time I need to fill or refill there is ALWAYS an issue

I work for CVS in Houston but was in the area and thought hey maybe I can get my prescription fill here just for this time. Worst idea ever. I told them which birth control I needed because other generic will not work for me and the pharmacist confirmed with me. However, her shift was over so she handed over to the tech, who told me it’ll be a few minutes. I walked around and came back, picked up my Rx and left. I came home to see that it was a different drugs from what I wanted.
You switched pharmacist so you switched my drugs?!

They are thieves. Even with insurance card provided they charged me full for prescription. They don’t care about customers and simply said no. Sandra, could not pick up the phone and reach out to the insurance to verify. Stay away. Neve again will I use cvs they are crooks.

Pharmacist says it would take at least 2 hr to fill them the Z pack. I requested for early since I am sick and traveling. Even ask them to take 1 hr but so rude and said sorry we can’t do before 2 hrs. That was not a chronic medication. They need to learn how to prioritize medication it’s not that we are waiting in line to pay bill.

Wouldn’t advise filling a Rx here, esp if you are really sick or in a hurry. My doctor called in my prescription, I stopped for groceries, then came to pick up my Rx — and still had to wait 20 minutes. Was told that other people were ahead of me. In other words, you’re not a priority until you get here.

CVS — -this is just another neighbohood pharmacy. Really nothing much out of the ordinary. I have not yet used their pharmacy but I love browsing their cosmetic isles and the cards. Everyone seems friendly and helpful.
This is my one stop for all redbox rentals!

Pharmacy staff is very friendly, but way understaffed. Service is really really slow. I would recommend dropping off and picking up, you are still going to have a long wait though. Please staff this location with more pharmacy reps!
