This is about 12 minutes from my home. I got there 12 minutes before they closed, but it was locked up tight. I could see employees inside, but nope… posted hours mean nothing!

Exactly 8 days ago, around 8:40 I went to walgreens, and the girl at the front was not friendly at all. There was a lady checking out in front of me. While she was paying the cashier was talking mess about a guy who just walked in with his daughter wearing her leotard from gymnastics. I thought that was kinda rude. So she was talking with another employee and customer about this man and his daughter. When it was my turn, she ignored me, made no eye contact, didn’t even tell me the amount due. I also had to ask to scan a coupon she gave the lady before me without her even asking for the coupon and of course she made a bitter face. Worst service EVER! I couldn’t get her name down bc it was clipped on the bottom of her shirt, go figure.

Took my 6 month and 2 ½ yr old boys to take passport photos and not one but three employees in that department did not know how to take their photos. One lady suggested I go home, put the 6 month old in his car seat, with a white sheet as a back drop and come back to this location so they can work on his passport photo… Hello!!! I went directly across the street to CVS, Luvivia took care of us and had no problems taking their passport photos.

Very slow pharmacy line. They are severely understaffed. I’m used to going to the CVS across the street, but our insurance changed so we’re going to the Walgreens now. Everyone there is friendly it just looks like they need extra people.

Cool place, never had a problem finding anything and I like the ‘be well’ when I leave that’s at all walgreens not just this one. They are very friendly here and I usually pick up the $ 1.00 cookies. Heck this place rocks

I visit this Walgreens maybe four times a month. Their selection on things is kinda limited. They always seem to be sold out of all the items I need or want. The cashier line is always so long and it takes forever to get through it. I’ve left things there before because the line wasn’t moving. I tried to get a prescription transferred and the lady in the pharmacy looked at me like i was crazy. She had to wait for the person at the drive thru to finish so she could ask. Overall just not that great for me

This place is absolutly horrible. I started coming here about 8 months ago for my prescription. They NEVER have my prescription ready. I have to literally sit at their window for 15−20mins EACH time I go there. I don’t know who is worse, the white lady in the morning or the Indian lady and doctor looking guy at night. If you can, avoid this PHARMACY, not the STORE because the employees are fine inside. Very sad this is the closest one to my house in shadow creek ranch.

As good as any other drug store. Nothing too out of the ordinary. It is well stocked with the usual drug store items and conviently located. Pharmacy is efficient, drop your rx, browse the isles ~~ find me at the cosmetics or the cards… love their selections and boom, your prescription is ready! I cant complain.
