I’m just disgusted at how rude we were just treated. It honesty made me want to turn around and leave. Had I not been famished I would have. The woman at the counter was curt and clearly annoyed at my presence in the establishment. Maybe it’s because it’s 8:30, maybe because she was tired, but regardless… You address a customer as ma’am or sir and don’t say«uh, nah» and«uh, yea»

We don’t come here very often. But the food is normally pretty good. But for some reason today they are extremely slow. Made the order at 12:29. At 1:14 we still have not received our to-go order. Ether management needs to work in scheduling or they need to up their training.

Place is very clean. Got the Kings Hawiian pork sandwich with some chips and tea. Very good very filling. Service was good. Cost around $ 10. Will definitely be coming again.

Horrible service! Lost my order and couldn’t find who ordered the subs that were finished. Took 33 minutes to get my order, let them know at 20 minutes cause they had been busy. The crew worked hard but had no direction in the kitchen. Bad training or management or maybe all the employees were new. It was my first and last visit.

Had lunch here last week not impressed at all. Chips were good sandwich was quite frankly crap. Bread was very soft, very little meat, not at all like the TV commercials and very dry. Employees did not look very happy either, service was fair. Will not be going back to that chain.

I don’t come here very often because it is pretty expensive, but the food is good. This was my first time stopping at this location. I was thankful that they have a drive thru since it was raining pretty heavily. I ordered the smoked turkey sandwich(on which I didn’t see on the menu) «fully involved»(lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, deli mustard). It came with a dill pickle which was really good. I got chips and an ice tea(the tea was pretty good). I like that the sandwich is served hot. It’s a lot more food than I realized, but it was $ 9 for all of that. I wasn’t expecting to pay quite that much. I feel like I can get good sandwiches at Which Wich for a little bit cheaper plus they have a lot more options. But if I’m in the mood for something different, I’ll come back.

Haven’t been back in days. The service is crap. I stopped going when one employee left. There was a tall black guy that used to work there that was very manageable and worked fast. Hopefully he comes back soon haven’t seen him in a while and I always had good service when he was there.

Finally had an opportunity to give this Firehouse Subs another chance today. And I am happy to say they have improved 1000% over our last trip. The service was fast and friendly and the food was correct the first time. We really love Firehouse and am really happy this place appears to have turned around since the last review that I had left.

Firehouse is solid. Good sandwiches always. Quality ingredients. I don’t feel like I’m eating low grade meat. But you pay for what you get. If you want to pay for a 5 dollar footlong than the quality won’t be as good. Firehouse is about 7 – 1 dollars a person. The assorted hot sauces as a great added bonus

Staff is really nice, I normally go on my lunch break which is a pretty busy time and they still serve me quickly with a smile on their face.

The food us so good but the service is terrible. It takes forever to get food inside, but the drive thru is even worse. And always always always check your order. It’s usually wrong the first(and sometimes even 2nd time). Surly, unapologetic workers.

We went there today, at the one on Main, for lunch it was busy and service was very slow. At one point the staff there just started ignoring customers. We were standing at the register for 15 minutes and no one would talk to us to take our order. I would have walked out then but my kids had eaten the chips so I had to practically beg them to let me pay for the chips. People were there waiting for food for over 45 minutes! We will probably go back eventually because my kids love to eat there, but not for a good long while. I can’t get past the staff just ignoring customers. If you are slammed, just say we are not taking orders right now.

The food was very good, but the reason for low stars is bc the place was filthy. Every table was filthy & so where floors. Boxed piles up behind counter by drive through. Went @ 4:20& we were the only people in place. My 11 year old grand daughter is the one that noticed filthy tables.

Pretty darn good! Way better than Subway or Quizznos could ever be… And it’s so close to my grandmas house loved this place and the Italian and meatball sub is out of this world! :)

We only come here as it’s across the street from my house and we have many free sub coupons, as otherwise you can easily pay $ 10 per person for a mediocre sandwich, chips and drink. We usually come at night around 8, after work, and the place needs a wipe down and sweeping. The brisket sub is meh. The steamer is meh. Your money is better spent going around the corner to Central Texas BBQ and getting a sandwich, especially a Cuban press. The last time we came here(with coupon!), it was 15 until closing and we were told we could NOT stay to eat as they were putting up the chairs. Totally rude of the staff, especially as we were ordering hot, sloppy sandwiches which were were planning on eating immediately at the table. We’re out of coupons, so we won’t hold any up from their Sat night plans again.

The best sandwich shop I’ve been to! This is a new location and needs a paint job on the outside of the building but its what’s inside that counts. From the friendly staff to the customized coke fountain machine this place is awesome. Come here if you’re tired of other boring places that serve you sandwiches that don’t look like the picture.

We used to get our Firehouse Subs at the Silverlake location but after this location opened up, we started coming here. Plus, its only a five minute drive from our house, which is great. The subs are just as delicious as the ones in Silverlake. The service is great, the environment is clean and that computerized soda machine is always fun to play with. The sub I always order is the Meatball Sub. It just tastes so good. I highly recommend it or feel free to choose from the many other subs on their menu. One other thing to consider, Firehouse Subs does cater. You can call in or order your subs online and you won’t be disappointed. Just a quick tip if you do plan on ordering a platter of subs: order the extra toppings on the side(i.e. the lettuce, tomatoes and onions). Not only will your guests be able to choose what extra toppings they want on their sandwiches, but when storing the extra sandwiches in the fridge, the bread or other parts of the sandwich won’t get soggy. Enjoy!

Excellent subs! We have tried quite a few different kinds and they have all been great. They are large and never stingy with the fresh ingredients. We won’t eat subs anywhere else now.

I had a beef brisket sub with BBQ sauce, and it was ok. The sauce was decent, and the beef brisket was just deli meat. It was served warm and wrapped up, so it was an easy, fast lunch. Was it delicious? No, but it wasn’t too bad either. Service was a little awkward, and, for $ 6, I don’t think I got what I paid for, so I won’t be back. Overall, the food was fine, and it was about what I was expecting; just a little pricey.
