Schlotzsky’s

Stopped to eat here while on the way to a game. Usually I find I have to wait a while for sandwiches at Schlotzkys. However the service here was quick and courteous. Sandwich was delicious as always! Highly recommend it.

Restaurant is always clean. Food is always good. The owner is friendly. One of my favs

Jalapeño Turkey pizza is a must try for those who like a little spice! You also can never go wrong with the original sandwich.

I love Schlotzsky’s, its one of my favorite fast food spots. Unfortunately, there aren’t that many locations in the city so it seems like I always have to go way out of my way to get my hands on some yum-​yum. LOL
This location is closest to me in mileage; its about 10 miles from my home. It takes about 20 – 25 minutes to get here due to the ALWAYS busy 518/​Broadway. But its worth it when you get a sourdough craving.
I love this location. Its always clean, they’re quick, they have good customer service, and the female owner is very hands-​on. She gets right in the kitchen and helps out on orders with a quickness. She even remembers my order by heart and the last time I visited (although I don’t come but maybe 2−3x month.)
Good, consistent food and good customer service in this type of environment can be rare, but this location definitely brings it!

I’m a fan of Schlotzsky’s but haven’t been to one in about a year. I finally visited this location on my lunch break at work yesterday. The restaurant was clean and the staff was super friendly. Even though I hadn’t been in a while I new exactly what I wanted, a angus roast beef and cheese on a jalapeño cheese bun and a bowl of broccoli and cheese soup. The sandwich is compiled of angus beef, cheddar, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, pickles, red onions, lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise and dressing on a toasted bun. (I opt out of the mayo) It was delicious and flavorful and my soup tasted wonderful as well. I really do like the bread that the use for the buns. The fact that they make it in house is even better. Give this location a try, you won’t be disappointed.

This is a good example of what Schlotzsky’s should be like. Clean and sandwiches are made correctly. When I feel like having Schlotzsky’s I will go here.

I have never been a fan of Schlotzsky’s sandwich because I don’t’ like their bread, but I do eat there from time to time because my husband absolutely loves their sandwiches.
A few days ago hubby and I passed by the 9121 Broadway location for a quick bite to eat, and OMG, I finally liked it. They toasted the bread the way it should be toasted, it was crunchy not spongy!
I realized if the shop makes it the right way, it is really delicious! Kudos to this restaurant, they made it right!

I haven’t been to this one in a while because when it first opened it sucked, soggy food and all. But it was much better this time. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars, was the bread was way over cooked and super crispy. Other than that, no soggy sandwich, order done right, and they were prompt. Will go back in future to see if bread has improved.

Hadn’t had their pizzas in a while so ordered a chicken something or other pizza. It wasn’t as good as I remembered… or the memory of their flatbread (much better) overshadowed the pizza. Toppings were too light/​too little, so there was too much sourdough. Next time I’ll stick with the flatbread.

I LOVE their garden salad! It has an awesome variety of greens, as well as veggies. The price is just as good as the salad– I will try to make it a habit to come here at least once a day!

I guess I’m coming here during the messy staff hours, as the tables are ALWAYS dirty with crumbs around 2 – 3. Service is good though you have to be sure they repeat the order back clearly if you don’t want mayo/​onions/​etc on your sandwich. I like the original and the rueben is okay. The original bread is really good, the other varieties are meh, especially the dark rye/​pumpernickel. Pretty expensive for just a sandwich, so sign up for their email list to get specials. The kid’s meal is a good deal with small sandwich, drink & cookie around $ 4, which I get my teens (shhhhh!). The salt & vinegar chips are to die for, especially as I don’t really like chips. Self serve drinks are nice, the flavored teas (Fuze?) are said to be good. There’s a Cinnabon inside as well, if you’re into that.

Great food, fast service, clean inside and out. Always get the order right the first time.

Ditto Ditto to the cleanliness of this location. I have seen some great improvement in the management also. Excellent customer service is being provided and sandwiches are served fresh and generous in filling. Do yourself a favor and have the sweet tea… somebody knows what they are doing!

I went to this particular location for the first time today. The restaurant is extremely clean, and the staff was nice. The Chicken Chipotle Pizza was delicious. I really shouldn’t have eaten the whole thing, but I did. I couldn’t help it!

New location with Drive Thru. Attentive Staff and large dining area. Always clean and staff is friendly.
