The place is a bit dirty, the music is too loud and my nail that they did has glue all over it. I am not happy with the service and I think it’s way overpriced. I couldn’t understand the people working there and the way they call the people is obnoxious

Customer service was horrible salon is unclean. I went for a simple polish change for my 10 year old daughter polish job was so bad no lie! I will never be back nor would I recommend

Went in because of $ 15 shellac offer but at checkout added up to $ 27! She didn’t even shape my nails evenly and there’s lint in my nail polish. Also she didn’t paint all of my nails, left a noticeable space in between the polish and my cuticle. Honestly it was over priced and I’m not happy with the result. I will not be returning.

On a whim, I decided to get a pedicure. That thursday eve, they took me right in so a chance to impress me further was possible.
I’m not a picky person when it comes to scrubbing/cutting/shaping; and ironically, I have pretty nice feet despite being a jogger.
The technician seemed extremely rushed. I mean this type of thing usu takes 45 minutes and I was prob out the door in nearly half the time. She barely and very lightly scrubbed my soles, didn’t let the paraffin wax set in, and did a sloppy job painting the «french stripe» on my (tiny) toes. I’ve been doing that style for years now at various places and this was the worst I’d seen. Looks like my 5 year old did it.
Seeing as though their treatment and techniques were lacking, I probably won’t go back.
